Don't know if it was the same report, but he was in a SSN feature last night. Came across well in a dubbed interview, but still struggled to wish the viewers Happy Christmas in English. The channel broadcasted the outtakes of him fluffing the lines in a lighthearted way.

Just heard tomato faces post match interview. Defender went to boot the ball clear and it hit Van Persie's head while he was on the floor. Can't see it as attempted murder. Guess the pressures getting to him, looking forward to the 'Fergie rant' and 'losing the plot' headlines on the back pages tomorrow.
