  1. Fair play to them for signing up for battle at 100 years old.
  2. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. The Snowman. Father Christmas (the Mel Smith animation).
  3. Really pisses me off that when I Google "Kylie" that reality TV Jenner bird comes up. THERE'S ONLY ONE FUCKING KYLIE.
  4. Even though I'm working from home today I couldn't bring myself to watch that shite, so I just worked and listened to the Elvis gospel album instead.
  5. Fucking hell. I switched off at 6-1!
  6. Thought I'd be interested, but it turns out I'm not and have switched off. Will watch Wales later though.
  7. I don't think we'll ever get rid of them. I was telling my manager in work that I was considering emigrating - I was astonished when she said most countries are in the same situation as it's global problems. How fucking gormless are the British public?
  8. Yeah he whitewashed the lad. If Ronnie wins he'll be the oldest ever winner of the championship - as well as already being the youngest!
  9. Nothing worse than opening a packet of chocolate digestives only to realise a few are crushed. I bet that's what pushed Putin over the edge.
  10. Sad news that Johnnie Irwin from A Place in the Sun has got terminal cancer - was lung and spread to his brain. He's married with three little kids. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-63620684
  11. Yeah it's a real shame. I'm guessing it's the production costs.
  12. Cheers mate. Same problem with my stream though - for some reason the dialogue isn't on the audio track. I'll just wait for it to come back on Sky!
  13. Remembrance has turned into what the Yanks would call a "holiday", like Christmas or Halloween. It's bizarre. It starts earlier each year, people like to outdo others with the size of their poppies or poppy arrangements, and companies are thinking of how to cash in on it.
  14. They must be one of the least interesting clubs in English football. Nothing going for them that's of interest to anyone else.
  15. It's normal people's fault for getting sick, mate. Can't they just use private health care like Hunt and his friends and family? He's a normal fella just like the rest of us... Jeremy Richard Streynsham Hunt was born on 1 November 1966 in Lambeth Hospital, Kennington, and raised in Shere, Surrey, near the constituency he represents in Parliament.[9][10] He is the eldest son of Admiral Sir Nicholas Hunt,[11] who was then a Commander in the Royal Navy assigned to work for the Director of Naval Plans inside the recently created Ministry of Defence,[12] and his wife Meriel Eve Hunt, Lady Hunt (née Givan; 1937–2022), daughter of Major Henry Cooke Givan.[13] The Hunt family were landed gentry, of Boreatton, Baschurch, Shropshire. A cousin was Dame Agnes Hunt, pioneer of orthopaedic nursing.[14] Through a paternal great-grandmother, Hunt is a descendant of Sir Streynsham Master, a pioneer of the East India Company.[15] He is also a distant relative of Queen Elizabeth II and Sir Oswald Mosley.
