  1. United players: "How are we doing, boss?" Djibril Cisse: "You're doing a great job, lads...a great job."
  2. Maybe we should keep playing Gakpo in the position he's been playing in for 90% of his career. Crazy idea, but it just might work.
  3. Ratcliffe has been taking notes from the Alan Johnson School of Business Management.
  4. I think the penny dropped after last season when it was someone other than us they were cheating out of the title and people couldn't laugh at them for bottling Europe anymore.
  5. The locals will deal with any Rangers fans.
  6. That's the one. Forget Macheda, Howard was the real hero of the hour during that run in.
  7. There would be a 20 minute analysis by the Prime Minister of football on one of his 27 podcasts.
  8. My father is on Tik Tok constantly. Every time I go home, I get an earful about Ukrainian refugees bilking social welfare and "military age men" from Muslim countries stalking the streets. It's their payback for the Opium Wars imo and by god is it effective. Total mind poison.
  9. The forwards have been a massive issue for weeks and unfortunately it doesn't look like changing. With this inverted system, I think we need our wide players to beat their man to stretch the opposition. It's no coincidence Guardiola brought in Doku who is not what you would call a traditional Guardiola player. Salah has noticeable slowed and Diaz looks far less dynamic than he was pre-injury. He's very young, but I wouldn't be averse to brining on Doak for situations like yesterday. He has a long way to go but he can beat his marker at least.
  10. Ferguson is beyond finished, he looks like he's fighting underwater these days. Someone needs to cut him for his own sake, Pimblett is shite and he still knocked him around. Didn't see the Edwards fight because they removed all the videos before I could watch but delighted to see Covington shat all over himself. Apparently, Trump left during his post fight speech, even after Covington was licking his hole. Donny doesn't like LOSERS.
  11. Alaba tore his ACL last night. If Madrid are serious about signing him, he'll be going there.
  12. Still fuming about this. Onana spilled nearly everything he got his hands on yesterday, yet we barely put any crosses in and all of our corners were outswingers to the penalty spot. This team can be braindead a lot of the time.
  13. Big fan of his obviously, but that performance yesterday was bordering on disgraceful. He got himself booked by flattening Evans in the most obvious way possible and did his level best to get a second yellow for dissent. Missing chances you can forgive, we've seen Haaland miss glaring chances, I remember Aguero putting the ball over bar from three yards away from an empty goal. Getting caught offside 3 or 4 times a game is unforgivable though. He's a confidence player, but he needs to grow some sack and get himself out of this funk. That being said, it doesn't help when the rest of the team play zimmerframe footy.
  14. The Gardai are only good for chowing down on snackboxes and hiding in the station these days. The Canada Goose brigade made a show of them a few weeks back. Mook has it spot on unfortunately.
  15. Really? They're an awful bunch of players in a whole host of ways, but he's spent £400 million of the club's money to make them worse. A good chunk of that sum was spent on his old Ajax favourites. He sanctioned £90 million for Antony, that alone is a sacking offense. £400 million and 18 months later and they look every bit as clueless as they did under Solksjaer's final months. When you see what Postecoglu, De Zerbi and even Dyche are doing, getting teams to play their way in very little time and improving former outcasts, it really shows what a bad job he has done.
  16. Klopp on Macca's injury. Bear in mind, the ref didn't even give a yellow for this. The Liverpool manager said: “It is obviously a bit more tricky than we thought in the first moment. The other boy [Sheffield United’s Vinícius Souza] stepped on his knee and the stud went through pretty much the muscle on to the bone. Now we have to wait until the bone is healed and until Macca can deal with the pain, because it is pretty painful.
  17. It would be the most Everton thing ever for them to have their best winning streak in ages only to go into administration.
