No, nothing like that at all. Markovic is dreadful. I can’t recall one decent game he’s played for us against a shite team never mind a good one. Can has had plenty of very good games against very good teams. He has huge potential, Markovic doesn’t. Unfortunately Can lacks consistency and playing next to someone who can carry more of a burden would massively improve his game (see Lovren and VVD).

In the ‘big’ games he’s probably been our best midfielder over the last couple of seasons. I’m sad to see him go, I think with a very good midfielder playing next to him he’d step up to the next level.

Yep, absolutely dire. I honestly think if we could get a decent keeper now (pretty much impossible as no one available) we’d have a chance of winning something. As it stands we have fuck all chance as our keepers simply don’t win games for us.

I agree, he’s not good enough but at least he’s impacted some matches (positively) he’s featured in. I can’t recall one positive from any game Karius has played in, he might as well not be on the pitch.

The thought of Karius in goal for big Champions League games (should we get there) is absolutely horrifying. I just don’t see how people think he’s better than Ming.

A decent debut however people need to remember it was against the Ev. They’re no Burnley.

Karius is worse than Ming. He’s always on his heels, always slow to react. The way he sets himself is bizarre. Watch their goal from behind the goal. It was a great finish but look at how he sets himself, he gives himself no chance whatsoever. I’m afraid it’s be sick or vomit with keeper number 1 or keeper number 2.

Good performance, unlucky to not get 3 points. The criticism on here is crazy. Yep we’ve made a lot of individual errors this season but the actual performances have been decent. Even in the City game I thought we were the better team until the sending off. We were never going to win the league with the signings we made in the summer so consolidating top 4 should be our aim. We’re there or there abouts despite some infuriating results. Onwards and upwards.

Front 3 decent, midfield average, back 4 and keeper shite. Basically we need 9 out 10 performances across the board to win.

Thought we played ok first half but like most games this season we can’t finish teams off. Shite defending or not we should have score 2 or 3 before half time. How the ref didn’t give at least 1 pen is beyond me. My beef is with the second half. Klopp obviously gave them a rocket but it didn’t work. We were inept against a shite Newcastle team. As posted hundreds of times we just don’t have any leaders which is killing us.

Strange game. I thought we were good first 30. If it wasn't for shite decision making and finishing by Mo we should have scored a couple. After half time Klopp wrote off the game like a tennis player does a set when they know they've got fuck all chance of winning it. Although we probably would have lost anyway I still would have preferred to see more fight. It was embarrassing and they could have actually scored 8. No need to panic, it's 3 points against a decent team when we had 10 'men'. As long as we make up the points against the shitter teams it won't make much difference come the end of the season.

Yep, agree. I don't get this Origi love in by the fans. Apart from a brief purple patch last year he's been woeful. A couple of years ago someone on here said 'as long as I've got a hole in my arse Origi isn't a Prem forward'. Completely agree.

I actually think Ming had quite a good start to the season, much better than last year. Karius has looked shite from day 1. Indecisive, jittery, shite distribution, punches when he shouldn't punch and appears to be a shit shot stopper. Apart from that he's boss and should defo be our number 1.

Good second half that. It'll be very interesting to see who starts against Arse. At the moment I can only name a couple of certainties!

Yep, totally agree with that. Their midfield was average at best (same as ours). It's a sorry state of affairs when that Spurs team is challenging for the title. Regarding Lovren, I thought he was great. Obviously, questions will be asked about his defending for their goal but sometimes you've got to hand it to the goal scorer. Kane's finish was probably a 1 in 20 from where he was and how he received the ball. He's one instinctive cunt at the moment. All in all, could have gone either way. I just hope they don't win the league. Painful cunts they are, it'd be like the Bitters winning it.

I've watched the highlights about 5 times today. It was a fucking mad game. It could've and should've finished about 3 each. Still buzzing we've dumped them out. Our support over the two legs showed them up for what they are. A bunch of dour cunts.

I think we'll need to score to go through. I've got a horrible feeling they'll score first and we'll got to pieces. We never ever do things the easy way.
