  1. I'm not sure why, but he winds me up. He takes so many unnecessary touches of the ball. When there's a simple passing opportunity you can guarantee he'll hold on to the ball. The midfield in Klopp's best team here were winning the ball and passing it almost immediately after. The play slows down to a crawl around Curtis, add that to our sideways passing between Virg and A.N.Other centre back and it doesn't help us at all.

Just because some people are gaslighting the conversation here doesn't mean you go and do the same thing times 10. There's a distinction between the actions of the government and the Israeli people. To conflate both is as bigoted as the tweet that bumped this thread.

Actually, could have made a better distinction here myself. Should have been Israeli government and Jewish people in line with the original post. My bad. Knuckles rapped (or is it wrapped?).

I think it's probably about time the narrative was changed.

Hundreds of years have been spent wondering why Jews are always the victims of just about anything and everything, probably time to start asking, why have they been persona non-grata everywhere apart from radicalised, fundamentalist Christian nations like America and to a lesser extent the UK.

Since I've been alive, they've been basically allowed to do whatever the fuck they want, when they want and with the backing of the military industrial complex of nation states who are well versed in destabilising every other nation that has either a different sky god or who, more importantly aren't 'democratically' right wing.

Probably time to adjust thinking from perpetual 'victim' status to Lebensraum, Nuclear, western backed puppet state who get a free pass.

    St Nicks. Market is quality.

Few good boozers around there too.

First proper visit to Bristol and we were taken around by my mate who has been working in Bath/Bristol since just before COVID. Definitely won't be out last time down that way as it was quality as you say.

Israel. If they don’t blow your limbs off with sophisticated weapons, they’ll let them rot off through torture and neglect instead.

Israel seems to be quite clumsy or negligent when it comes to medical care. If they aren't removing people's limbs they're probably secretly sterilising them or something like that.

I posted this video earlier in this thread (few months ago). This same bishop has been stabbed today.

Luckily he survived. The world is full of lunatics. God help us.

Saw the video of the attack earlier, how he's not dead is a miracle. The assailant must have missed the lessons on how to stab people properly for sure because the only other explanation is that the preacher truly is blessed by his boss behind/above him.

Yes, the people who think a Hope Not Hate ambassador, who has received an MBE for services to antiracism, who was instrumental in getting Tommy Robinson and Katie Hopkins excluded from social media, has graduated to cheap racism.

It happens. You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

  8. I'm not sure what Robbo has said wrong here, basically saying the players made the crowd anxious

"I'm not sure. The crowd were anxious today, and rightly so the way we were passing the ball, giving it away and giving chances. Maybe we reacted to that. Maybe players who aren't as experienced at being in a title race.

Some of the shithouse calls, are a bit well, shithouse. We've ran out of steam, and players are tired. It happens.

Rachel Riley will be calling A Flock of Seagulls an anti-Semitic band in no time

You expect this shit from Hately-Brewer but for goodness sake, Riley has an MBE for services to racism. She should know better.

The performances have gone a downhill after what some here have called the adrenaline lift - that is for sure.

And the team looks less cohesive by the week.

Klopp is a guy, and his successful sides similar, in that they go 110% at their best.

He may be able to still be good enough at 90%, or even 80% - but this team is not.

I just think that the whole squad is knackered, I don't think the performance is anything to do with the suggestion that they've mentally given up. It's virtually impossible to fight on four fronts with the size of squad we've got, and that's before the injuries take hold. We should have been more pragmatic and prioritised, but fully understand that Klopp wouldn't accept anything less than 100% from the players. That may well bite us on the arse in the run-in but we aren't out of either competition. Yet.
