  1. We should make a concerted effort to highlight the mancs as actual binsniffers https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/teenagers-sniff-wheelie-bins-dangerous-14029426
  2. He had multiple envelopes more like
  3. Yeah Witcher 3, (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt GOTY Version) assume that means it also as the DLC, sounds like a goodun, will give it a blast.
  4. It was always going to be hard to keep up with the Oil Cheats regardless of this poor start. This just puts the focus more on FSG. They don't invest enough money to keep us up at the top, Jurgen has done an amazing job masking the financial gaps. This bollix about getting the first choice signing or not bothering is leaving us short all the time.
  5. Diaz most times is taking an extra touch, defenders close on him and then he ends up running down a cul de sac, atm nowhere as direct as Sadio, think by the time we sort our shit out the oil cheats will be long gone.
  6. Just bought Witch 3 (2015) on xbox, for the princely sum of £7, anyone played it already?
  7. Womens Football is absolutely fucking shite, its similar in playstyle to when you throw a single piece of bread at a load of pigeons and they all go mad chasing it, some going off in directions that make no logical sense. I hate it when I see a footy story on the bbc footy page and click on it and discover its women's footy. There is no world where the two should be mixed together.
  8. Yeah the SSID can be hidden at any time, however the easiest check to determine this is try and connect from your phone and see if the WIFI shows up. if it does you know its the laptop. If it doesn't then the SSID is hidden. If you have the SSID and password then you don't even need to unhide it. Just make sure you the details are correct before you enter them. If the wifi is OK then its something on the laptop, i.e. wifi adapter has the wrong driver, AV has blocked it. Unfortunately there are many different things that can cause issues like this. For example I use ExpressVPN and if for some reason I lose connection to the internet the software will block all traffic until its manually reconnected, which gives the illusion that something is wrong with the connection. There is plenty of stuff on google, that will take you through the basic issues, have a go with some of these suggestions, if you still cant sort it then post screenshots of the details and ill try and help you out. After a further google scan, this link is more specific for you bud - Link
  9. Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams - Director's Cut, currently on sale on the xbox store for a whopping £1.19, brilliant 2D platformer, finished it both on switch and PS4. You won't find a better game at that price.
  10. I got Blooodbourne (PS4) in the PS sale last week, haven't started it yet, Demon Souls looks wicked but sadly I don't have a PS5, not enough PS exclusives that I like to make me get one. XSX does what I need for the time being. I might get Sekiro next, although I hear that's even harder than Elden Ring.
  11. Just finished Elden Ring, what an amazing game but some really really hard battles and things that border on the fecking tedious, some bosses were no fun at all. some nights I went to sleep with "You Died" etched into my retina. Got that overpowered weapon at the end that does the Gold Wave effect, so went on a quick Fuck You tour on New Game+, obliterating all the bosses and dungeons that caused me grief, finished the second run in about 10 hours. Best game I have ever played tho, always swerved those fromsoftware games but will probably pick them up when they go on sale in the future.
  12. If your wifi is not showing, it's likely that on your router the SSID (your wifi identifier) is set to hidden, Broadband Blocked could be the name of a nearby router, you can literally call them anything like "Sometimes IP" etc, check your router for this. Ethernet sockets haven't changed in a long while, its a set standard, you maybe looking at a phone socket, to connect the laptop via a wired connection, find/buy a ethernet cable and connect from laptop to ethernet ports on the back of your router. Also if its really old laptop, it might not have a inbuilt wireless card, so you would need to by a wifi dongle (which are very cheap tbh)
  13. I used to only use the chinese boxes likes H96, Tanix etc but over time come to the conclusion that you can't beat firesticks. They have to be suitable for your set-up i.e good wireless coverage etc but if they work beautifully and IMHO you can't get much better for the price. My firesticks are hidden away at the back of the TV's, the USB power cable is powered by the TV itself, so need for a plug socket and most TV's support HDMI-CEC straight out the box, so the TV remote also powers the Firestick. Buy them on Prime Day or Black Friday and they are very reasonable priced. You can also get a usb splitter dongle that will allow you to split from the power cable to add a 2nd cable for a USB connection. Some firesticks may not support all video codecs so you would need to check what ones you where playing and any file-size limitations. I take a crappy projector away with me each year and watch the footy from a firestick, always worked as required and that was on shitty resort wifi.
