  1. Uploaded more photos from my main camera, feel free to take a look: https://goo.gl/photos/ybSaX4smnvqRomQZ6
  2. From row 70, upper tier (U4) From the second to back row Cracking subset across the Mersey from the concourse Can also see the shit hole across the park!
  3. Just got back from the test event. Very impressed. Outside its very nice, still some work to do but the avenue from Walton Breck Road running through to Stanley Park is very nice, cab see where the memorial is going to be, right in the middle, looks a much nicer place than its old home
  4. I've been using it since last November and not had many problems. The odd buffer, but none that bad. The people who run it have a Games section where daily games are listed. These tend to be US broadcasts rather than Sky, I tend to use them more.Everyone will have different setups and speed at home. They have a Facebook group for support, you see people posting there occasionally slagging off but I have never had issues to that extent. My recommendation would be to do what I did - sign up for a month initially, about £13, and see if it suits you. I then signed up for 6 months for £26, and then renewed again in May.
  5. Yes, away on holiday that week and was pleased to see that game scheduled thinking I'd be able to have a few beers watching it in a bar. Now I'll be stood waiting to check in at Manchester airport, not impressed!!
  6. Glancing through this brings a few smiles as my youngest is 18 later in the year. This week though makes all the trials and tribulations worth it. On Tuesday we attended Liverpool cathedral as my daughter graduated from Liverpool JMU, we had a great day. The week was then topped off as she had her first proper job interview on Thursday and got the news on Friday that she landed the job and is now about to embark on an accountancy career, as she wished for.
  7. Fairly sure I've put this on another thread but fits well here. We had a lad in work a few years ago who turned up at my desk saying he'd just heard someone having a wank in the cubicle next to him. Pointed the suspect out to me, I was having none of it as he was an older fella, been here years. Anyway, next thing I know, I'm pulled into an office by management as this blert had complained to HR and told them that he had told me. They wanted to know if I'd told anyone, which I hadn't. They had no proof so let it go but groups of fellas were taken into rooms by line managers to be told that we weren't allowed to wank on the premises. Our manager was squirming telling us. Finished with "any questions?" To which someone replied "does this apply if we work from home?"!!
  8. Selling some shares yesterday at 72p, just in case things went tits up with the referendum. Down to 51p this morning
  9. I've used Sportsmania since last November. Done an initial trial of 1 month for around £13 to see what it was like. I then subscribed for a further 6 months for around £26 (in case something went tits up) and cancelled Sky Sports. Just came up for renewal again in may and done another 6 months. Had hardly any issue with our games in that time. They put direct links to games rather than watching via Sky/BT channels- I find these more reliable, albeit they tend to be streams from non UK broadcasters. Games are put on demand later - I was at the Dortmund game at Anfield and was able to watch it on demand the following morning. Defo recommend it, try it for a month before you jump right in. They have support group on Facebook, some people do have issues with speed/buffering.
  10. Yep, almost as mad as Theon and his sister managing to sail a whole fleet away while that ceremony took place with their uncle, and then his expectation that they can catch them if they knock some boats together!!!
  11. I didn't think safe standing would increase capacity, fairly sure it would be 1 person to each seat/space. Fairly sure the families have gone on record against standing, so we would probably not be in the front runners to pilot such a scheme in the Premier League.
  12. They say you can't but we often have it streaming on my firestick and ipad
  13. Just got an email confirming I was successful. Buzzing!!!
  14. They say one ip address at a time. I've watched a game on Kodi and one on my iPad at the same time. You would be able to use on your tablet in a mates as long as no-one else was using your login details elsewhere.
  15. Great scenes at Goodison before kick off. Both teams lined up on centre circle as they played He Ain't Heavy as some of the families came into the pitch. Applauded throughout. Brilliant.
  16. I've been using Sportsmania since last November. Initially tried it for one month. Was that impressed after a week that I cancelled Sky Sports. Renewed for a further 6 months after the initial month. I have had no issues, the occasional buffer but always get good reliable streams for all our games. They also do an Android app so you can watch on phone/tablet without Kodi. For Apple users they can access stream via Safari browser. They have a closed Facebook support group. See some people complaining so I guess it's down to your Internet speeds/provider as well. I'm with Sky, on fibre getting about 35mb speed. They also have an on demand section, so after the Dortmund 2nd leg the other week, I was able to watch the full match again. Ultimate mania has only recently launched
  17. Think United would take the Europa League place from the League and the FA cup runners up would get the FA cup place.
  18. They were advertising on talksport last week, heard it driving home one night last week
  19. I've found it OK, just don't expect it to closely follow the book though
  20. If it was the self serve tills then don't bank on it as they go for authorisation before you can fill so the £1 will be a nominal figure for authorisation purposes
  21. Stick with it. It comes good in the end, I found the first few episodes slow, especially after watching straight on the back of season 1
  22. Sold one on eBay a few years ago, to someone In Spain. Expats want them, they can use a free view card in them. Cost about £20 to courier but that was covered by the buyer.
  23. I know you asked for free, but... I've been using sportsmania addon. Its a paid addon. Paid £26 for 6 months after trying out for 1 month for £12. I was that impressed with it that I cancelled my Sky Sports subscription so it paid for itself after one month. Also has An Android app that can be used and can be used via their website on pc or iPad
