Don’t get why Nunez and endo are starting. Hopefully off early and healthy -
Mo and VVD should be given new contracts and if Edward’s has any hand in that not happening he’s a fucking idiot

Jarell Quansah welcome to/he's already at Liverpool!

Absolutely wild take that given konate holds down the entire right side of the pitch on his own, his game intelligence is excellent and he makes top players look like little u16s with his size pace and strength -

I mean steady on, a fit konate is world class but who knows what quansahs ceiling is and their job share rotation is fine with me. Southgate should pick him for England but he won’t -

He’s not Konate or vvd but almost nooone else in world football is. But don’t worry for a second when he’s on the team sheet even against Man City -
I hope they both play for us for many many years

Rest as many as we can for Sunday. -
You just hope we’re doing something about this right now. All the talk about waiting for a sporting director is worrying, makes us look rudderless. Hopefully a red herring?

I hadn’t realised the Edward’s rumours were that strong and hadn’t considered the potential impact on our current squad, does all sound very concerning. We just need someone to come along and keep the culture of what Klopp has built going (Xabi) not have someone come in with a huge ego and try to change everything -
That’s really poor
-
Need more from Diaz and especially Gakpo at the moment
-
4th or 5th time sloppy passes putting us in trouble. Forest fans are cunts
-
What in the absolute fuck are you doing?

Got a player there -
Having an opinion on whether pastel colours suits men sounds pretty gay

Exactly! To have played the amount of first team football he has at his age at this level is astounding, especially when you consider his height, and his current strength limitations
-
Being pissed off with yourself is a good thing surely, holding yourself to high standards. I agree in the first half his execution and decision making was off, but, the whole front 3 which has barely every played together wasn’t firing and we weren’t getting it right tactically as a team. Second half when we sorted it out we were much better and Harvey was excellent.

You’re genuinely hilarious. Our squad is stronger than most sides look at the options in every area of the pitch. It just has lots of injuries right now and it’s still winning games. Do you really think Jurgen would stand for not having an elite medical team? He’s personally hired a lot of them. But very insightful of you to determine they aren’t very good
-
Don’t agree his passing is patchy and he’s 20 year old and looking to play between the lines and play progressive passes of course everything isn’t going to come off and look like a bad decision at times. I’d say his game intelligence is one of his best attributes for one so young. agree he’s not ready to start games and a lot will depend in terms of his ceiling on how he develops physically on how he develops physically but to be doing what he’s doing at 20 in a side like ours is extremely impressive. there are lots of examples of small, very left footed technical players who have developed into excellent midfield 3 players. The Silvas at city are 2 examples
-
Literally every single other option is just completely and utterly depressing. The prospect of Xabi is the only chink of light of Jurgen leaving us and it feels like we’re a bit fucked it it isn’t him
-
that’s also 7 first team players. 9 if you include rico Lewis and grealish. id take Kelleher Bradley Quansah vvd Robbo endo mac grav elliott gakpo diaz over city’s equivalent team with equal numbers of injuries to equal players. Point being our squad is exceptionally strong, you can’t legislate for these injuries. Although maybe there’s a few on here who can explain to our world class team of elite fitness specialists medics physios nutritionists etc where they are going wrong and how we can avoid impact injuries
-
City like us are a super fit intense pressing team. Like us they spend most matches with most of the ball
-
Bernardo’s injured. And while I agree, so will the team we field this evening
