Man of the match - Game 29 - Manchester City - Home - CCS2

I want to like Hendo but I'm just not fully feeling it yet. He definitely runs a lot but quality wise I'm waiting to see it. I hope he comes really good, and soon, but its not there yet for me. -

Well in lads. Made up for Kenny, he was welling up afterwards. What a performance, absolutely dominated them. No surprises that Mancini completely refused to acknowledge anything positive about our performance, instead choosing to focus on the penalty we got and they didn't. Fuck him. They had 2 shots on target, compared to I would imagine around 11 or 12 for us. Yeah, they had 60% possession but most of that was in their own half I would imagine. Was so encouraging to see the positive reaction after going behind twice, esp after the shambles at the weekend. I think tonight showed that a 3-man centre midfield is the way to go.- 1,221 replies

Eamon Holmes. A fat ball of United supporting shit. Smug also. Cunt.

Agreed entirely. It's because we are seen to support racists. Before anyone starts, please don't. I've seen how my non-Liverpool supporting friends are, they despise us even more than before. So I would imagine that is exactly how other teams see us also.

FA Cup 4th Round. Who's the ref?

I believe he is also Merseyside based, thereby ruling him out. Once it's not Webb, I could live with that, he really is a fucking bellend of the highest order. -

I'm confident we'll go through. Despite our problems, as a club we tend not to lose on these types of ocassions. It should be the first bit of decent atmospehere inside Anfield for a while too. We need to go out and treat it like a normal game, a 1-0 lead means fuck all against this shower. It goes without saying that if they score early, then we're second favourites again. It has to be a night for Maxi and Bellamy on the break. Rest them until then if needs be.- 1,221 replies

I love the man but I fail to see why he should be anywhere near the MOTM thread based on today's showing. -
Baffling stuff from Kenny today. Very poor, and showed certain limitations in his repertoire. Assuming there were no injuries involved, why take off Downing when Caroll comes on? The one who has the ability to put a good ball on Andy's head, albeit Downing hasn't really been doing it of late. And as for Maxi, surely he would have been ripe for picking off Stoke's ale house defenders with his clever movement and brain. We were absolute shit and will not get 4th now. Let's try and win both cups and sign some creativity in the summer. Dirk and Carroll out.

I second Alan McInally. Fucking cunt, always name dropping. Also, Harry Redknapp, Lou Macari and Graeme Sharp.

Anyone who was outside Villa Park in August 2007 when Stevie scored the last gasp free kick winner will vouch for that. An angry mob. Two little scallies nearly ended up getting a proper hiding.

Crouchie on fire lately, so need Skrtel and Agger to continue their recent good form. Walters will obviously be up for this one so let's chin the little blue nose cunt early on. Fancy a win but, unfortunately again, not a convincing one. 2-1 perhaps.

Man of the match - Game 26 - Manchester City - Away - CCSF1

Gerrard, for being his wonderful self the big fucking ledge and also sticking it up to Mancini (even if Johnno's tackle was a bit wreckless) Johnno Pepe I thoroughly enjoyed Kenny saying he didn't see the tackle. He said it in such a way that everyone knows he did actually see it, but still if Wenger can use that excuse for 15 years then surely Kenny can use it every now and then. -

Doesn't bear thinking about. At least in 20 years time maybe we could sing to them about having a Norwegian fan base, the city being ours and other equally small time shit.- 1,221 replies

Nice idea but the only colours on show from our fans tonight will be black hoodies (or some variety on this). Thanks for your help nonetheless. Another reason, if one was needed, why I hope you lot piss all over the Scum for the league title.- 1,221 replies

No mention for Martin Kelly here, I'd play him for sure. Maybe RB and Johnno ahead of him or maybe at Johnno's expense. I like Johnson but I also rate Kelly a lot and he did play against Chelsea thereby helping us get to where we are.- 1,221 replies

Colin Wankers excuse for being sacked?
bouncebrigade replied to lifetime fan's topic in FF - Football Forum
Is Neil Warnock a knob? - YES Will I miss him a small bit? - YES While blatantly obvious and also self-serving, I do feel he made some valid points the last few weeks in relation to referees, which were not entirely unrelated to our own grievances at times. In particular, regarding Lampard's shocking, unpunished tackle at Wolves vis-a-vis Joey Barton's which got him sent off. -
On the bright side, your second post will be an improvement for sure.

Imagine if Gwandad Woy was still in charge over the last few months of the Suarez stuff. I can imagine something along the lines of the following, a la when Bacon Face accused Torres of trying to get O'Shea sent off: "If one of Sir Alex's players says the Suarez is wacist then we are happwe to bewieve him. We will be pwessing charges against Loo-wis ourselwes."
