I'd say there should be a minimum appearance rule in place, say 10 first team starts in the league before loan deals are permitted. It would stop the talent hoover and lower player costs as the Oil funded clubs wouldn't be as happy to take the risks.

If they build a power station and burn half the population to fuel it, they'll have shit loads of leccy. 2 problems resolved, 1, no leccy - done 2, over population - Halved and as a bonus, more water for those not burned and reduced begging adverts on my TV screen. Every cunts a winner. -
