Just read this on another forum:

From what I've read that it's a glitch in the internal calender on the "fatties". Slim PS3s aren't affected.

 

Do not turn on your PS3 until this situation is resolved, is what Sony is basically saying right now. "Heavy Rain" seems to be hit pretty hard by this error. Trophies earned from HR are being deleted. Sony is currently working on a solution.

 

I tried playing Dragon Age: Origins earlier tonight and it says that "unable to connect to trophy settings" and kicks me out of the game. My PS3 was not attached to the internet at all when this happened. Hasn't been since November when I got DA:O because lightening fried my wireless router a while back and I'm just to lazy to get another one. It seems that all games that have trophies are affected.

So if you own an older model best to leave it off for now.

If I can make a suggestion, the billboards are carrying the SOS website address, presumably in the hope that people will go onto the site and get more info about the ownership problem.

 

But I go onto the SOS website and find nothing at all on the home page about what the problems facing the club because of the Yanks are, instead I get a small history of the union and its aims, short, medium and long term.

 

If I was somebody (like those SOS is trying to educate) with a passing and somewhat vague interest in the problem, more inclined to listen to SSN than try and understand the real issues, I’d already have clicked away by now.

 

The home page of the site needs to be much, much punchier and set out the problems clearly in my opinion. History of the union and its short and long term aims should, for me, take a back seat to the overwhelming issue of ownership.

On that note actually, is the whole website getting streamlined? I just went on to see who the "relevant officer" would be and how I would get in touch with him, and the closest I can find is a list of names and duties, buried in deep in the depths. A big “how can I help out?” button might make a lot of people with useful skills more inclined to get involved.

Tso's on Muirhead is a bit special yes..... Ngs in aintree is good too. There used to be one on breckfield road ages ago, I think it was called Wing Wah, which I liked as well.
