To be fair it's probably not the 10 points that hurt them cos they will stay up but all the trophies they win in that time will be tainted
How many times did they win the transfer window

The more info that comes out, the more, I hope they haven't got a leg to stand on in any appeal. According to Sky, they admitted during the procedure that they did break the rules, which makes an absolute mockery of their " we did nothing wrong and were working with the PL all along" However they disputed the amount they were over by.
One of their defences is that they took a loan of Moshiri at a lower interest rate than what they could get off a bank. Under the rules, this is treated as money from the owner which is taken as part of FFP, whereas if they had gone to a bank, it would have been treated as an infrastructure cost which isn't taken into account. They are arguing that the loan from Moshiri shouldn't be taken into consideration like it wouldn't from a bank. What a load of bollocks, that just opens the floodgates for an owner to give as many " loans " as they like.
They also argue that covid stopped them selling players to pay down the debt. Isn't that the same for everyone?

Cos they'd decided they couldn't do anything whatsoever [and were content to leave it be].
I know, but nobody would have complained as the right decision would have been reached
-
Once they have realised the mistake, why didnt they get the 2 Managers and Captains together and agree that we could walk the ball into the net?

I'd like them to replay the Wimbledon game at Woodison when Hans Segers let them stay in the PL and was then charged with match fixing. They don't seem to mention that one much.
And the game against Bolton where the ball crossed the line but the goal wasn’t given. I think that kept them up?

Just on the what can the club do about it? We should somehow demand that the unedited audio of the officials is released of the whole match. There's probably a rule against that as it hints at questioning their integrity, if so we need to get some journalists onside to create a groundswell. This is bigger than one match it's about football being ruined and anyone who cares about the game should be up in arms. Unfortunately though I think most involved in the game are happy to help keep the gravy train on track.
I fear the club will do fuck all again. Imagine if this happened to Ferguson? The refs would be hung, drawn and quartered by now and the mancs would get every decision going for the rest of the season -

This is why I laugh at these cunts. We get blamed for atrocities in Saudi because we have a player who left to go there, yet they're currently owned by a crook who is funded by a member of Putin's inner circle, yet they're the victims of the war in Ukraine..fucking mentalists
They forget that their former player, Demarai Gray left Everton to join the same team as Henderson.

According to The Echo, MSP Capital might call in their entire £150m loan if they aren’t happy with the new owners
-
So what happens with this loan if 777 don’t complete the purchase of the club? Like if they fail the PL’s test.
if it then becomes a pure loan, imagine the interest rate.

When did they sign Harrison from Leeds?!
Anyway, over in Shelbyville they’re crowing about how him, McNeil coming back and this lad from Serie A for over £25m, means the goals they need to stay up.
I’d gotten myself into starting to believe again but am worried this lad target man’s a dozen or so in.
Someone please tell me he’s absolutely cack - Beto from Udinese, €30m - god knows where they’ve got that cash from.
Harrison was supposed to be going to Villa, but got injured. The blueshite bought him in, on loan I think anyway
-
Give it a week and we’ll bid £40 for Ox and The Echo will be telling us how clever FSG are
-
All this we leave the bid in to fuck Chelsea or whatever is wrong though, we should do what is best for us, not the player or Brighton.
We clearly need players in and I hope that these games, on whoever’s behalf, doesn’t impact on our ability to get other deals done for players who want to come.
In short, stop dicking about with players who don’t want to come ( and I don’t want him now anyway) and find some who do

This is so commonly quoted but there's nothing at all that suggests he was even willing to come here, particularly after flapping last season.
There were suggestions that we were his preferred destination

We've bid for Caicedo according to the Telegraph apparently?
Cant see us paying £100m for him when we shit out of Bellingham

This is what they want for us all. Tories would love everyone to have these non secure jobs and live in shared accommodation, so the only one making any money is them and their supporters

I see Mina is off at the end of the season. I bet those scallies feel pretty stupid now as he promised them he wouldn’t get off and agreed that he could be their captain lid if he shows a bit of passion and heart
-
If they can still go down at the last game, those Bournemouth players wont be getting out alive from the pit. I think they'll be safe by then unfortunately
-
Everton playing very narrow, so Brighton crossing a lot which plays into blueshite hands with their big CB’s
*Shakes head* Everton again.

Everton fans will take part in an “Atmosphere March” ahead of Sunday’s match V Man Utd. The March will commence at 15:45 at the brick pub, and proceed via County Rd and Spellow lane, before arriving at Goodison Rd around 16:05
Do you reckon they've got Russ Abbott on board?
