  1. It does matter though. Klopp made a choice in the summer and in January that he didn't want him here. I get the feeling that it might be an attitude or off the ball work rate problem with Carvalho.
  2. Arat Hosseini? Liverpool wonderkid Arat Hosseini announces departure from club (90min.com) Eight-year-old viral star Arat Hosseini has confirmed his departure from Liverpool. The Iranian youngster went viral online thanks to his videos of his insane dribbling, which earned him close to 6m followers on Instagram and a nickname of 'the Iranian Messi'. A part of the Liverpool academy since he turned five, Arat's father has now revealed that he has walked away from the club because they are 'no longer useful' to him. "Goodbye Arat from Liverpool Academy forever," he wrote. "When Arat and the Liverpool academy can not be useful to each other, the best decision is to go." When explaining the decision to withdraw Arat from the academy, his father Mohammed wrote: "Just decided to break up because Arat's style of play does not fit with this (Liverpool's)."
  3. Chant for next season, We all dream of a team of ex players kids!
  4. Carvalho couldn't play for us anyway as you can only play for two clubs in a season and he's already done this. Klopp clearly doesn't rate him anyway.
  5. The slight problem with this would be United getting to the final.
  6. £35 million, he's a steal in today's market!
  7. She does a podcast and did a good interview with Carol Vordeman. I get the feeling that it is struggling a bit so give it a listen if you can.
  8. It's the greatest squad of players we've had under him and clearly the greatest set of young players. It's so sad that he's leaving now, feels like this could be a golden generation.
  9. He'll be one of the more senior players when we play the under 15s in the next round.
  10. I'd get Danns on for Elliott at half time. Elliott is clearly knackered and we will need him again on Saturday.
  11. I think it's inevitable. It wouldn't surprise me if we made an agreement with Mo last summer for him to give us one more season then to let him go this summer. As gutted as I'll be when he does eventually leave, if we get £100 million+ for a 32 year old that is starting to become more injury prone it does make good business sense to cash in now.
  12. The only church I've ever wanted to go in!
  13. What a lot of them don't realise is if/when they eventually go down, the EFL have far stricter rules than the Premier League do and they have penalised lots of clubs for breaking the rules with points deductions.
  14. I assume Everton fans will be storming the EFL in support of the corruption taking place here? Reading deducted two more points over unpaid HMRC bill - BBC Sport "Reading have had two more points docked, their second deduction of the season, by the English Football League. The League One side have had a further two-point penalty suspended after failing to pay dues to HMRC within an 80-day limit imposed by the EFL. The club previously had four points deducted for their failure to pay wages on several occasions the previous year"
  15. Wasn't it Southampton that stopped 115 charges getting a quadruple last season?
  16. I've probably said this before but i still think our bid for him was more of a trap to get Chelsea to overpay for him. Why would we bid for a player if he didn't want to come here?
  17. He's one for the shitness of modern football. He had one season of top level senior football under his belt and suddenly he's a £114 million pound player. A player in the position he plays will never ever be worth that much, its impossible to justify spending that amount on a defensive midfielder!
