  1. Please tell me you are not being serious trying to defend this shit anymore?
  2. And Rodgers smiling at the end FFS. I'd be fuming. A quick congrats to the opposing manager then I'd be down that tunnel to 'welcome' the players back in. Problem is, no one gives a shit about him anymore. He could be stood there naked in a leather studded thong with a big strap on fixed to his groin and no one would bat an eyelid. He'd just get an 'Alright boss...' as the players trudge in to get ready then fuck off back home or to a bar.
  3. I'd love to know what a Shanks, Paisley, Fergie, Mourinho etc would say to the players if they were seen celebrating like that after a shit show like that. I bet it wouldn't be a 'well done...'
  4. If this club overlooks Klopp then I really have to doubt the intentions of these owners. Top managers are difficult in certain aspects. Thats why they are top managers. If they want another yes man them they can continue with what we are getting now. Average. Klopp would reignite the club with his mannerisms and pedigree. If FSG overlook him an the 'advice' of someone then they are not the owners they profess to be and this club will go nowhere with them in charge.
  5. When you are saying a 3-0 defeat to your rivals last year is your best defeat, you know the level of shit you have in charge. Then to top it he says thisnyear was better because it was a better result. in other words we scored and only lost 3-1. In games to our biggest out of city rivals no defeat is good and our manager should never try and spin low grade positives out of it. Hodgson got slated after we lost 2-0 to Everton and he called it his best game. Its a sad day when a defeat to them doesn't register emotionally, because this imposter has sucked all the life out of my love for the club. I hate wanting us to lose to end this misery. Thing is, I'm clinging onto the hope we will get Klopp, but we will more likely end up with another Rodgers. And the slide will continue.
  6. Glad to see that those who decided to keep Rodgers are having their faith rewarded with more shite week in week out.
  7. You just know Lovren will start. He can do no wrong. If Sakho had done what Lovren did v West Ham Brenda would have had him shot there and then.
  8. He was the key to a fantastic attacking combination which was scoring for fun. It wasn't tactical acumen that almost won it, just sheer will by all concerned to score, score, score. Our tactical weakness was there at the back. The same weakness present in all of Rodgers time here despite buying a whole back line nearly twice over and a keeper. Yet, the team concedes soft goals over and over. One good season doesn't make Rodgers a good manager if the other three turn out poo. And to be honest, with three games left and sitting top of the league, a good manager would have won the title.
  9. So why can't he replicate it then? Suarez made Rodgers and this team. He dragged others into one hell of a ride. He hid the deficiencies this team has. Deficiencies Rodgers has no clue how to fix. Without him Rodgers is nothing.
  10. Deservedly so. Credit where it is due. Doesn't mean that you just accept the masses of shit the one cherry is sitting in though.
  11. And this is why the majority of people who weren't kneejerking wanted him gone. It wouldn't matter who he bought as the flaws in defensive organisation, team play, substitutions etc would all remain as long as he is here. All I have seen this season is a repeat of last season. Can't defend, individual mistakes, no game plan, few chances created... Event he games we did win were not won with any real convincing look about us. Arsenal we caught at a time when they haven't really got going. We've persisted with a dead man walking and for what? The hope he can get it right? Sad thing personally is that I actually laugh at results like this. Not because I want us to lose, but because I know it's coming and it's not a surprise. We are flogging a dead horse with BR, and we have been since the summer.
  12. Just listened to his interview, he doesn't half talk shite. He'll be gone by November.
  13. What is really, really disappointing is that those who wanted him gone, like me, did so because they all felt that no matter who he bought the same issues would persist into this season. I'm not banging my own drum here but I said we'd be on about 7 points at this stage and then we'd lose a few away games. I'm sticking to that. The only question for me this season is at what point he gets the bullet and we get in Klopp. Problem is this should have been done in the summer. Now, we are just writing another season off.
