  1. Strange but I am lot happier now . Mostly due to our performance . Thought we were a bit scratchy last couple of weeks loss of form and injuries but we played brilliantly yesterday and some players hitting rich vein of form . We have stuck with Diaz and he coming to the boil, Mo will contribute let's get behind Cody and barring further injuries I can only see us getting better. Just remember all the other teams regardless of injuries are starting to suffer with exhaustion . There will be loads of goals between now and end of season and I think we best placed to take advantage.  Hopefully Jota ready for Àpril and I would say we will be hard to beat. On a side note we need to pummel any of the Uniteds we have left to play for GD .

  2. Changed my mind . Don't believe our injury luck is going to get any better. I say go for I shit or bust try and win it. A win puts them and Arsenal under so much pressure that pardon the pun we might limp to the end of the season and still win it. I believe everyone including ourselves is going to slip up . Would prefer to be ahead with no more head to heads with our two rivals. I don't think our defence can hold out home /home fans/ Darwin on fire lets blitz them . Not sure a draw does anything .

Another thing Ive not really thought about before, but that I notice now, is that since 24.september when he scored against West Ham who are 7th, the quality of the teams Nunez score against usually is pretty poor.

    26.10 Toulouse (10th Ligue 1)
    29.10 Nottingham F (17th)

    01.11 Bournemouth (13th)

    26.12 Burnley (19th)

    21.01 Bournemouth (13th) - (two goals)

    28.01 Norwich (7th Championship)

    10.02 Burnley (19th)

    17.02 Brentford (15th)

    02.03 Nottingham F (17th)

Out of his 10 PL goals, 7 of them have been scored against Burnley (19th), Nottingham F (17th), Brentford (15th) and Bournemouth (13th).

100% correct data but I would contend these are the clubs that home and away set up not to get beat. Really frustrating to watch and not since Suarez have we had that x factor that can unlock packed defenses

How come there's loads of mixed race people in Dublin but no black people? Same with Love/Hate, Samantha Mumba and Phil Babb. I can't do the maths on it.

I think we're in broad agreement generally, I don't know if Starmer believes anything, I don't find him inspiring at all, I just view him as a means to an end.

Starmer’s labour might be Cameron lite, I don't know until they're in power, but they're not gangsters. We're literally run by gypsies, tramps and thieves. People who profiteer off pandemics and social strife, then brag about it on their own GB News channels.

The difference between Labour and Tory now is the same as Democrats vs Republicans. One is centrist, the other is a collection of thieves, liars, flat earthers and abject scum.

What absolutely bakes my noodle though is that there's people out there claiming to be left wing who'd happily see Starmer’s labour lose. They can't claim to care about ordinary folk and hold that belief, they just can't.

There's lots of people out there now, people with blogs, YouTube channels and all that bollocks - bums generally - who if they weren't obsessing over all this, it'd be lower league football or steam trains. They rant and rave in their own echo Chambers. Owen Jones makes money out of Starmer the way Alex Jones rants about gun control, monetised fume to the already initiated.

But 99.9% of people through don't give a fuck, they just don't want to live in a country that's falling apart around them. I'm one of those people.

Here here . Close the thread . Vote the tories out ffs and reopen when in power.

De Bruyne is going to make a huge difference to them, but a lot of it will be little bits of luck like Ederson being out for a while or Rodri picking up an injury etc.

Fact is we have a great chance. We are two points clear and they have to come to Anfield. What we have to do is ensure we win all our home games and beat the likes of Brentford, Bournemouth, Everton, West Ham and the red Mancs away.

How about effing Rodri getting booked or sent off . Reffing the big shite would help as a starter never mind injuries.

    Haaland.

Ffs never even thought.  Yeah the best of the bunch in terms of finishing. But in terms of all round play and effort I believe Darwin outshines him. Haaland just employed to stick ball in net and frankly  he does it very well. Jota is our Haaland lite.

  8. Good young strikers are in short supply all very erratic and no one ripping it up. Even watched Watkins last night and in a very good villa first half totally anonymous. Then the second nothing. I would go as far as to say we have the best of this generation in the premiership at minute. I am prepared to give him time there is plenty to like . We have been spoilt with keegan rush Fowler Owen Torres and Suarez all natural talents . This lad could turn into a Van Nistolroy level player if we have patience.

A big step towards the cup if we win.

While it's tempting to name reserves, once again we were a bit disjointed on Sunday after playing a weakened team a few days previously. Go as strong as we can for this and for Arsenal.

Surely we deserve a bit of luck with Mac Allister and Jota. Any word on them?

I heard  Mac new year earliest, Jota back in training and Grav not as bad as first thought and he could resume training today.  Nothing on Thiago or Robertson . Doak apparently needs surgery
