In the Wolves game and today he’s started anticipating things again and is playing more on the front foot rather than chasing people (which he’s shite at due to his lack of pace). Much better.

Klopp needs to get him on the left and Nunez back in the middle. Give them a run of games in their favoured positions. Sunday was his best game so far IMO. He held the ball up relatively well at times and played some good balls out wide to Mo…..he does lack that explosive speed over the first few yards but he seemed to get up to a decent speed when he turned the defender in the 2nd half and had space to run in to. He does seem a bit timid and tires as the game goes on. The team really is struggling to create chances at the moment though so it’s difficult to judge him fully. He’s not alone in just being very ‘meh’ at the moment.

I didn’t read that as him saying there’s an announcement soon. Just that because of the amount of rumours and uncertainty around the club at the moment the owners should really put out a statement to try and settle it all down.

Team Bellingham is basically his family….his Dad acts as his agent. Don’t want this to come across as ‘look at me’ but my sister used to go out with his Dad and Jude’s grandad taught me French at school. They are a lovely family and really down to earth. You should have no concerns whatsoever about ‘Team Bellingham’.

I know what you’re getting at and you are most probably right. However at the same time wouldn’t a potential buyer also be a bit daft to buy a club this month? They’d be expected to come and spunk a load of cash immediately. At least that’s the line I’m telling myself….saves myself from the pain of the harsh truth that we are shit and no-one wants to buy us.
