Gutted we couldn't make use of either opportunity to go top before Christmas. I think from a mentality standpoint, 6 or 4 points would have done us absolute wonders.
Tonight, unlike against the mancs, we were deserving of the 3 points. We were fucking robbed, again. It says something that if it weren't for getting robbed against cunts from North London, we'd be 4 points clear at the top of the league and unbeaten.
Despite that, we are just utterly unconvincing IMO. It's really weird given we've been able to grind out results, but we completely lack cohesion, chemistry, verve and any other positive adjective you could use to describe Klopp's previous Liverpool teams.
We need to invest in January.

Is Roy Hodgson managing us too today?
-
This means no midweek games again until March, as we skip the round of 32 I believe. That's massive for our chances in the league.

We’ve now made a formal request for the audio recordings, according to James Pearce.
Just saw that, talk about timing my post right!
This is a further indictment. The fact that we have to request this stinks in and of itself. Why the fuck have the PGMOL not provided this in their initial reach out to us?
I have a feeling that SYP Cunt Webb reached out to the club and tried to appease with more of his middle management shtick bullshit, and during that conversation we asked him questions he could not give a reasonable answer for.
I really think the club has a feeling they've caught these cunts red handed, hence the strength of the position we are taking. And I fucking hope so because it's well overdue.

It's now reaching 48 hours since the match. And the question remains, after the most disgraceful and universally accepted error in refereeing judgement since the start of the Premier League...
Where is the audio?
Something stinks and I'm not referring to that smelly manc cunt in the Sky studio.
If my organization had fucked up this monumentally and cause a complete crisis of confidence to the extent that integrity is being called into question, the first thing I would do is offer transparency to back up how we came to conclusion that this was just a "significant human error".
Liverpool's statement that they do not believe that conclusion can be made until a thorough review is completed tells me that they have a feeling we've caught them red handed with this one. The club almost certainly knows that we are on the end of significant bias against us (tantamount to corruption) but they also know it's almost impossible to prove. But this time, it really feels like these arrogant jobs for the boys cunts might have left their fingerprints on the smoking gun.

Oh by the way if anyone's on twitter can they call Jonathan Liew a stupid fucking cunt.
Thanks.
Tim Vickery and that manc rat cunt too whilst you're at it

It's 1 million percent corruption. Agree with the overriding sentiment on here and the original post from @Redder Lurtz
It has been corrupt for years. You'd have to be an utter moron to think otherwise
I have often daydreamed about an investigative journalist worth their salt exposing the entire thing. The refs, the oil money cheats, everything.

So Hendo only has positive things to say about FSG but sticks the knife into Jurgen numerous times.
Given how much of a cunt he has made himself to be with his wider comments and actions, maybe it will force certain fans to assess their positive opinions about FSG. Cunts love fellow cunts. Both this shit kick and run twat and our owners put their own positive PR above anything else, that's why he loves them.

A massive, utter, gargantuan, arrogant cunt. You were lucky to have ever wore our shirt let alone be our captain, you were utterly fucking shite as a player half of the time and some of us only held our tongue because of how you carried yourself as captain.
Fuck off and enjoy Saudi but don't mention our club's name anymore. Just focus on tweeting about the greatness of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia instead.

I don’t think we will sign one. As I said just before, I think this will be another transition season like we had a few years ago where Jurgen is building his team from the top down. The attack was sorted, then he has built his new midfield and and I think the defence will start in January and then the summer.we don’t have the backing to do complete overhauls and he build squads to work with over a prolonged period. Look at the ages of the players he’s signed.
Yep, I think that's the case, its a disgrace from the owners but its our new expected normal.
Next summer we'll have to contend with Salah leaving, amongst other players to replace (Robbo for instance). It's very hard to build over years because you're always losing players on the other side.

An injury on Trent and two CBs out (very likely as they are all made of crackers) and we're down to 3 CBs starting (2 in the middle + Gomez as RB) and none on the bench. A problem.
We need a defender urgently, I would say moreso than we needed another midfielder, although both were urgent! I'll be dumbfounded if we end this window with no defender. We even let our breakglass in Phillips go out on loan.

I think Gravenberch is a 'wait and see' signing, it's really hard to make any definitive conclusions beyond that at this point. Obviously talented but doesn't stand out as what we need right now by any means, but maybe it was a deal too good to pass up. Kind of get the feeling that the club kept the lead warm all summer (in addition to Thuram and Kone) and decided they would pounce unless an irresistable and doable DM/6 signing could be made. Once it was clear there was nothing on the DM market they fell back on having a talented and potentially mouldable 8 who has a high ceiling.
Need a defender though, badly.

@kerry_hau: João Palhinha is Thomas Tuchel's desired #6 target. Should the Portuguese join the club, Bayern Munich would let Liverpool target Ryan Gravenberch leave!
I mean, alternatively, we could just buy Palhinha, but that would make too much sense (read: cost too much money).

There will be nobody better in world football currently available, possibly until January, but probably not then either, if you say so to Klopp in a press conference he'll grind his teeth and give you Manson lamps.
Spot on. These other defenders who are moving clubs are figments of football's collective imagination.
-
"The market for midfielders is ridiculous and everybody is overpriced!" said the club who have also bought no defenders whilst in desperate need for at least one.

So...Gomez, our injury prone CB, is now our only back up RB at the club and is also our back up CB (for another injury prone CB) alongside another old injury prone CB who had to come off at 70ms the other day because was knackered.
Good stuff all around.

Another great contribution

We should go to a diamond. We have the players in the middle to make it work in possession at the very least. Buy two new players and we can have a brilliant season. Konate out until after int'l break so need a new CB.
Ali
Trent NewCB Virg R obbo
NewDM
Szobo Macca
Gakpo
Nunez Salah
If we don't do anything in the market though, today will just be the same as last season's Carvalho winner in the last minute.
-
The players dug us out of a whole today and they deserve so much credit for that last 30 minutes.
Now it's over the club to back them in the transfer market and bring in two players in the next week.
-
IMMENSE. He has to start now. He completely changes the dynamic of our team.
