We are going down tbe multi club route

I hate it. I understand it as you can't get left behind but from a 'good of football' view I think it's a disgraceful system

Let’s buy Everton when they go into administration & go down. Turn the sewage farm into a car park, we’d get our money back within a few years.

  2. Not sure how you can build a team around a player where we don’t even know where to play him. It’s becoming obvious RB isn’t that position. Why though? He was a good RB a few years back & much better defensively, is it his ego? Maybe if Alonso came in, he’d play as a wing back, seems to me he wants to play in the middle & sulks if he isn’t though. The performance we seen today is happening too often but he usually gets away with it with a few obscene passes. Too much of a luxury for me. Either he sorts his attitude out or fucks off.

  3. Reckon Jurgen will end up at Atletico Madrid, a proper club, a challenge, somewhere he’ll be given a time. The Real or Barca jobs aren’t for him.
I’m surprised we haven’t been linked with this Iraola fella at Bournemouth when you see some if the names in the betting. Not advocating it like.

  4. Tried last year but couldn’t be arsed after watching the 1st 2. After the Kin thread, give it another go. Started last Friday & stayed with it,  halfway through Season 3 by Sunday. It’s fucking ace, only watch of a weekend, looking forward to Friday. Weekends are so much better when you got something good to watch.

  5. The levels of criticism today for that sending off is mind blowing, even Neil Warnock said Craig Pawson “has got something against Everton’, which all the Blues are wanking over. I’m not saying it was red but can see why it was given, his leading foot goes over the ball, his trailing ‘leg’ gets the ball. Any missed tackle that goes over the ball like that is asking for trouble.

A bit more on the AFCON.

The odds favorites and the match schedule from the quarters and in.

If Egypt gets knocked out in the quarter-final he could be back for the Arsenal game.

The QFs are on the 7th Feb. We play Arsenal on the 4th Feb. The 2nd round of games are played 2nd & 3rd, probably no chance of him making it for the Arse even if they go out then.

This is the kind of shite that the Rule Brittania Middle Ingerlund "British fair play" gobshites would mock the Italians for.

The same country that had Collina and relegated Juve for corruption.

City are a great side,  but like Ferguson's Mancs they will get all the marginal decisions.

You saying Collina was corrupt? You a Blue?

  8. How can the same fella on VAR in 2 games, us v Arsenal & them today. Give them 2 decisions of handball? Coote is the proper cunt in all of this.
The same fella in the VVD & Pickford non penalty because ‘he forgot’ that he could punish Pickford because VVD was offside!

The 1-1 v UTD when Div was fouled before they scored. He was also the ref when Robbo & Klopp lost their heads at the end of the Burnley game in July ‘20. I’m not one for conspiracies & I know I sound like a Blue,  but something ain’t sitting right.

  9. Can take the offside one, but the Nunez ‘foul’ was a fucking joke, didn’t even look like there was any contact & the Burnley player didn’t even appeal. Was at that point I had to turn the comms off as they were agreeing with the foul. Even after watching 20 times, theres nothing conclusive that he even touched him. I’ll never understand this ‘clear & obvious’ rule, he blowed for a foul, the replays show it wasn’t, so it’s ‘clear & obvious’ he got it fucking wrong. That rule was brought in so it in can be used to counter every single possible decision. It wasn’t clear & obvious, it was clear & obvious, it’s a fucking joke. That handball v Arsenal was the final, in a long line of straws for me. On the same day the Forest player got sent off for a fair tackle. It’s getting really hard to get up for these games now, we should be excited given where we are in the table but the game is being totally ruined. Never felt like this before, this is by far the worst season for VAR. Webb has to fuck off now, under his watch it’s become so bad. Every team getting had off every week, the handball rule is a fucking joke. The amount of ‘apologies’ given out tells you how bad everything is.

  10. I like him but starting to get concerned by him. But when the midfield is as bad as yesterday not sure what he’s supposed to do. His work rate was good but if he’s not getting service…… Ironically, I reckon if he’d come into a side with Trent & Robbo playing as full backs, arrowing 30 crosses a game into the box we’d see a different player. But everything is going thru the middle, very slow, we play walking football, which v the sides throwing 10 behind the ball just makes it even harder. Would love to see us play more aggressively, fast heavy metal football again. Would love to see us with an urgency from the 1st whistle. Too many times we just knock it sideways/back, slow slow football. We have to go a goal down before we see some urgency. Proper sulking over that shit show yesterday. I’d fuck Mo, Dom & Diaz off for the Arsenal game after that, I really would. It’s happening far too often with them now & they need to be dropped

  11. Szobozlai looked like he’d won a competition to be out there yesterday, as did Mo & Grav. Can take players having bad games but that was a different level of shit from them yesterday, inexcusable. And Trent is getting some shit? Least of our problems yesterday, thought he should have done better with that shot though. Can’t believe we left it so long to bring Harvey on either. Diaz needs to be rested, Nunez down the left & Gakpo thru the middle IMO.

Didn't think either were and would be fuming if it was given against us.

Diaz got his shot away as the challenge went in. The issue was Nunez just standing around

The handball looked body onto his arm which is down.

Seen them given but neither are for me

That’s a foul anywhere else in the pitch, makes absolutely no difference if the challenge was after the shot. A foul is a foul is a foul. Your theory doesn’t add up, you can break his fucking leg as long as he gets his shot off 1st?

    Haven't seen it mentioned earlier.

Am I the only one that thought we where denied a stone wall penalty when two utd players cleaned Diaz out of it?

Granted, Diaz didn't have control of the ball, but a foul's a foul

Stonewall. There was one like it yesterday too, the attacker gets the ball & is then wiped out but because the ‘chance’ has gone, apparently if the attacker gets the ball 1st you can take them out at the neck & it’s not a foul
