    I like to think of myself as a well traveled Scouser (going sick..) and ive lived in; 1.Garston, Under The Bridge, a real community and a great place to grow up. 2. Garston, not under the bridge, still nice but a bit more snooty and lar-de-daaar, with their net curtains and "doilies". 3. Mossley Hill, a very,very nice area and you should get somewhere decent on your budget. 4. West Derby, very nice area but everyones a gangster in trackies and Barbour coats. 5.Croxteth/Fazackerley, lived here for 11 months, got burgled twice, car windows broke and the public phone over the street doubled as a crack house. Probably ok to live here if you were born there but if you're not you get treated worse than the Sherrif in Blazing Saddles. 6. Speke, my current abode, and i have to say its not as bad as everyone says, rough in parts but Speke is huge. East speke is nice and quite. apart from when the Lids "FTM, Goin sikkkkkk laa" are shooting each other.

    Right, I know of a derelict property that has been empty for years in a VERY desirable neighbourhood. A quick search of ALL the local estate agents and the land registry doesnt reveal any info. How do i find out who owns it? Also, if someone owns a house,dies and doesnt sell it what happens to it?
