    They are, it would seem then, eluding (despite stringent whereabouts obligations imposed by the FA and UEFA) -

    - no notice out of competition testing at training grounds, conducted by the FA (the PL has no jurisdiction over anti-doping), UEFA and FIFA

    - no notice out of competition testing at home if absent from training grounds

    - no notice in competition testing conducted at club matches by the FA and UEFA

    - no notice in competition testing at international matches conducted by UEFA and FIFA
