The great Carlton who got sacked as Stockport's Manager. Had some mates there at that time and they he was (and had) the biggest tool in the game.

We've got tp press them, with Gerrard at 50% they were bossing the mid-field. Aurelio is looking quality.

    Marcus Trescothick

Think you are getting him mixed up with Graham Thorpe, his missus was nailing his physio whilst he was on tour. Thorpe was a genius too, naturally right handed but decided to bat left handed because it looked better. Banger is a fantastic player, gutted for him.

    Fight Thread

I had a fight playing ****ball 2 weeks ago. I was 'managing' the team as sub and decided I'd have the last 5 mins (not enough time left for me to fuck it up). I walked on, took a throw-in then a bloke took a swing at my brother off the ball. I grabbed him off my brother, as he turned round he took a swing at me just clipping my cheek so I hit him once, very hard in the face. I know it was hard because I've broken my knuckle and have to have it pinned on Monday. I'm not very proud of myself and at my age it's a little sad to have to tell people I'm in plaster because of a punch. It was quite funny though because the guy I hit kept saying 'You started on the wrong bloke' in an attempt to intimidate me. It wasn't very frightening though as his left eye was completely shut and pissing blood down his face.

    Vaccines and our kids

Sorry, I meant if you were 16 but you've answered that. I may be being ignorant here (its happened often in the past) but are you saying that you'd be happy to have it once you are convinced that the lab tests have been thoroughly carried out and they've confirmed it's safe...or that you will be happy to let your child have it once millions of other kids have had it and there's been no reaction? by extension if everyone took that line nothing would ever be rolled out.

    Vaccines and our kids

But it could happen. Would you have it?

    Vaccines and our kids

I wonder if a school kid who is prevented from having the jab could sue her parents at a later date if she got the cancer?
  13. When people personalise a hobby or interest, saying something like 'He loves his music' it's not his music, it's just music.

    Mila FUCKING Kunis!

One of my mates has just finished making a film with her and got to know her quite well (not that well). He said she's a great laugh too.

    Great North Run

I'm doing it on Sunday and am not looking forward to it. I'm not exactly built for speed, more for comfort really but doing it for charidee so will have to drag my carcass no matter what pain I'm in. I have a stone for every one of the 13 miles so if you live in the North East don't worry if ornaments start falling off the wall on Sunday morning (and most of the afternoon). If anyone wants to sponsor me then feel free Stephen Richards is fundraising for Myeloma UK - JustGiving

    Ever been on TV ?

I was on 15-1 about 20 years ago. 2 questions, 2 wrong answers, sit down and fuck off home. Good day out though. Was also in the upstairs bar on TFI Friday - saw Elle McPherson and Mark Own. (I'm sure I've bored you lot with this before)

    Great North Run

I managed to finish in 1.58 which I'm pretty pleased with considering the heat and the massive fucking hill that is the by-pass. Finished in the top 25% and 1784th in my age group. On the downside I have the worst chaffing around my nads, walking like John Wayne. Thanks to Flathead for the sponsorship - I'm just about to return the favour.

Cheers mate, thanks for the sponsorship. I'll return the favour. Come on Melons, you know you want to. Steve

    Great North Run

What worries me is that someone always dies. Have you been before? If so is it hilly?

and again. I do like him, he works his nads off and he must be great to play alongside but he should have had 2 tonight.

Barry is looking like a weak link. Granted its a strong midfield but he doesn't look up to it.
