  1. My birds foreign, maybe I should swerve her and go on my own!
  2. I'm looking for somewhere to go in May with my bird, 10th to 13th (so a mid weeker) needs to be fairly warm with a decent nightlife with a few things to go and see during the day. Narrowed it down to Porto, Gibraltar, Lisbon, Malta, Seville any recommendations??
  3. Good watch on Labour and Corybn in you've got a spare hour.
  4. I'm bailing on this one scratch my name off the list please, I don't know half as much about prem players these days as I did in the 90's. All the raving and night life seem to have taken its toll on the memory though, haven't got time to put the research in.
  5. Sorry can someone scratch me from this ,looks like I'll have to put research into this one (especially towards the end) I know how impatient you lot get. Haven't really got the time to put into it, I'll bow out now with tail between my legs.
  6. He's genuinely a nice bloke though and you can tell he's struggling trying to respond to Bispings shit talk.
  7. He didn't do too badly at all for a domestic level Heavyweight win against Tyson and 8rds with the best HW of his era back to back.
  8. https://youtu.be/I7v7H6bKF_M Feel a bit for GSP, he just hasn't got tbe smack talk. I don't know why Bisping feels the need he has to go down this road to sell the fight either, this fight will sell itself. I suppose the casuals will buy into the grudge match factor.
  9. Known English hooligans aren't allowed to travel.
  10. Boss that, had to rob it.
  11. Starting the season with a win, quite easy £22.50 up on Skybet with Gomez absolutely pissing the men's race. Tom Bishop came from absolutely nowhere to have the best race of his career and come 2nd. Vincent Luis put a shite 2016 behind him to come 3rd. Really bad showing for Mola and Murray with even Alarza outdoing them. Very early days but on this evidence it's only Jonny that's going to look like stopping Gomez winning his 6th World title.
  12. Bellew did a prety good impression of someone who wasn't gassed after Haye started stumbling round in the 6th.
  13. Any need for this shite in here?
  14. Haye was gassed before he started stumbling round, if he hadn't have been fucking around on Miami beach taking selfies or sitting round on Yahts his fitness would of been better and he might not have pulled the injury. Bellew won this fight fair and square and I can't think of any other boxers other than RJJ who've stepped up to fight a Heavyweight recently who've spent the majority of there career below Cruiser. Same people who was calling it a horrible miss match and slating the fight are finding it difficult to give Bellew any credit, strange coincidence!
  15. Your fucking posts have been in this thread actualy! You sound like a bitter Evertonian.
  16. Spot on, maybe everyone spewing there bile there way needs an early night. Especially fucking Bellew, who's stepped up to heavyweight and fought one of the biggest punches in the sport and won! He could of gotten away with fighting a load of no named mandatorys over at the pit for the rest of his career, fair fucks to him I say!
  17. Hands up all those who said it was going to be a miss match?? Who was who said it shouldn't have even have been sanctioned?? I said that training camp in Miami wasn't going to do him any good!
  18. He didn't do a bad job of failing at Heavyweight, winning a version of the World title! Which I may add, was much harder to do then than it is now. I think he'll go down as a great British boxer, he more or less cleaned out the CW division stepped up and won a version of the HW title. As far as CV's go in British boxing that's right up there with anyone. Granted the two divs he's fought in and his resume aren't exactly littered with big names, but he makes it with ease into a top 10 Brit P4P in my lifetime I reckon. There was no shame in losing to Wlad who will go down as an ATG in his defining fight, and if you put his post fight excuse and fight pull outs aside he's had a great career which isn't even over yet. Having said all that, I'm in agreement with you I'd love to see Bellew win tomorrow, I'll support a Scouser over Cockney any day of the week!
  19. Joshua hasn't been in with anyone yet.
  20. Women's result 1st Hewitt 2nd Stimpson 3rd Vilic I wasn't too far off? Epic sprint finish at the end on a prety dull race, didn't help that about 100 people turned up to watch. I think a lot more will be out for the men tomorrow, I've done a tenner on Gomez to win at 9/4 I think the course completely suits him as long as he can get a break on the bike and get enough of a lead on Murray and Mola.
  21. You got loads of blue nose mates too?
  22. Meanwhile.... Dyson Shrugs Off Brexit Fears By Unveiling Plans To Expand UK Workforce And Open New Site UK technology company Dyson has announced that it is massively increasing its UK workforce and opening a new site, shrugging off fears cited by some that a hard Brexit might hamper companies' ability to trade, generate profit and hire. Echoing similar expansion plans from the likes of Amazon, Google and Facebook, the company said on Tuesday it was opening a second research and development campus in the UK, on land in Wiltshire that was previously occupied by the Ministry of Defence. The opening of the 517-acre Hullavington site, which is close to Dyson's Malmesbury headquarters, will increase the group's footprint in the UK by tenfold, the company said. A spokeswoman for Dyson said that over the longer term, the group aims to double it's UK workforce. Dyson urges single market exit months after losing Brussels battle According to the company, Dyson, which is famous for its top-end hoovers and hand dryers, has more than tripled its UK head count in the past five years and currently employs 3,500 people in the country, half of whom are engineers and scientists. James Dyson, the billionaire entrepreneur and founder of Dyson, said on Tuesday that the new campus represented an “investment for our future”. “It will enable us to continue creating world class products and jobs,” he said. READ MORE Amazon announces plans to expands UK workforce by 5,000 Asos to create 1,500 jobs as tech firms shrug off Brexit uncertainty Brexit will ‘liberate’ the UK economy, says Sir James Dyson Sir James was a vocal supporter of Brexit last June and last year and in September he said that the split would liberate the country’s economy. “We can make our own laws and determine our own future and determine our own trade deals with other countries throughout the world. I think it is liberation and a wonderful opportunity for all of us,” he told the BBC at the time. Europe last year represented about 16 per cent of Dyson’s global market, but Sir James said there were other very “exciting” markets outside of the EU. He said the business was growing particularly fast in China and Japan. Commenting on Tuesday's expansion announcement, Theresa May said it was a “vote of confidence in our modern industrial strategy and our determination to cement the UK’s position as a world leader in high-tech engineering”. The Prime Minister said in a statement that “Dyson’s exporting strength and commitment to creating jobs in Britain is a real success story that demonstrates the opportunity that our plan to create a truly global Britain can present”. She also said it was “good to see that the site chosen by James Dyson will bring former MoD land back into productive use” Other tech giants have in recent months unveiled plans to strengthen their presence in the UK, despite lingering uncertainty over the implications of Brexit. Amazon earlier this month said it was expanding its UK workforce by 5,000, filling roles across a slew of departments, hiring software developers, engineers and technicians, as well as more junior positions and taking the company's total UK workforce to more than 24,000. In November last year, Facebook announced plans to hire 500 extra workers in the UK when it opens a new office in London, increasing its workforce by half. Google has confirmed that it would build a new headquarters in London and create 3,000 jobs while IBM and Asos have made similar commitments. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/dyson-brexit-uk-workforce-new-site-technology-trade-profit-malmesbury-a7604071.html I'm starting to lose count of these giant companies who have faith in post Brexit Britain. Perhaps they know something different than the remainers?
  23. My predictions.. Women's 1st Stimpson 2nd Zaferes 3rd Hewitt Mens 1st Gomez 2nd Murray 3rd Mola Jonny Brownlee is slightly injured and will miss more of the season he was thinking of, I think the Bike course is harder than I thought and the none wet suit swim will make this easier for Gomez and make it the difference, you can get 9/4 on a Gomez win with Skybet he. He also maybe in better condition than Mola having raced already this season, Murray has also raced this season.
