It's quite clear Rafa is a genius, although there have been plenty of times where I have found myself lost in some of his decisions, take Dossena for example. I was one of Dossena's biggest critics, yet v West Ham he put in a MotM Performance, so what does Rafa do? Thats right drop him and lob in Insua. Now I'm all for giving Insua a chance, I wanted him in the squad when Dossena was having a bad run of form, but to put him in now, especially after Rafa said himself Dossena is low on confidence is bizarre.

One thing about Benitez which has irritated me this year is the fact he drops players when they are playing good, and keeps them on when they are shite. He's done it once or twice with Keane, and he's done it with Dossena who was our MotM v West Ham. I said after the game that we need to push on and really put someone to the sword, Blackburn doesn't look as if they are to be that team. Come on...

Correct me If I am wrong, but I'm sure Walton Breck Road cannot be built upon and the only way the Kop could remain in it's current position is if it was built up, rather than back. Unless of course we turn the stadium 90 Degrees and start afresh. Personally I don't think it's viable to develop the current stadium, you would have a loss of money from attendence (Twit and Twat alarm bells are ringing) and it would be far too risk? Can you imagine if it was delayed? Unless of course we moved out and played at Woodison. People also forget that the biggest money maker which will make sure the new stadium will be paid off in half the time is Anfield Plaza which was supposed to or still is to be built on the current Anfield site. Alot of public services and Housing renewal are being put off until we really start seeing something come out of Stanley Park, and since the current owners need the Anfield Plaza scheme to work to make the new stadium a sound investment it's highly unlikely a redevelopment of Anfield will ever happen. Unless of course we had an owner where money wasn't that much of an object. Please, don't ask questions for I have no idea what I just said myself there :wow:;)

When Guillem talks it's personal regaridng Benitez, you can't really call it journalism, I have nothing against Guillem, but at the end of the day he's defending a friend. Same with Brian Reade, I think he is a class act in terms of his journalism, and I agree with what he says about Liverpool, but when things really hit the shitter he isn't going to be the first person to launch a tirade on "x" person.
