I have a Player series tele in sunburst and it’s incredible. It looks better in butterscotch though. 

I go to Costco to bulk-buy every 3 months or so. Went last week and spent £200 on toilet roll, kitchen roll, wine, instant coffee (for the misses), cereal and a few other things. It’s a hit at the time but definitely helps. I can generally stick to an £80 a week shopping budget with the savings I make at Costco. 

Just a quick point on Hendo, it’s only a year to the next Euros and there were only 18 months between tournaments which is why I think he hasn’t retired from England. Had there been a full 2 years between tournaments I think he’d have jacked it in after Qatar. 

It was worth sitting through 2 and a half shite series just for that one episode. 
 

Looking forward to the spin off.

Enjoyed the last episode but the series was pretty disappointing overall.

Ordered the LG C1 for £940 after seeing this, thanks. Been after an OLED for a while, this deal was too good to turn down. 

7 KO’s in 32 fights before tonight, no wonder Warrington relies on the headbutt. 

I got a 5 blade Panasonic wet / dry shaver for Xmas and it’s ace. I’ve owned a few shavers before but never been happy with the closeness of the shave, this one is great though and I use it 5 or 6 times a week.

Recently finished DS9 which I thought was good. Didn’t massively love the whole ‘Emissary’ angle but overall I really enjoyed it. And it featured the greatest Star Trek character of all; Morn.

Same. I have those and have just ordered a pair in grey as well. Tempted to buy them in navy too. Great trainers. 

I read an interview with Connelly recently where he said he regrets making Bosch as old as he was when it started but he had no idea how successful the series would go on to become.

I do wonder whether Connelly would ever consider writing some prequel books as there’s almost a 20 year period that Bosch was in the LAPD before the first book. I think I’d prefer that to the token character he’s become.

I'm in the middle of the new Mickey Haller book, The Law Of Innocence.

I read that last week, thought it was pretty good. Not as good as Connelly’s early stuff though.

I’m currently re-reading the Bosch books, finished the Concrete Blonde today. Forgot how good the early ones were, fantastic stuff.
