  1. Twat of a play as well as are most of Scouse plays, brick up the Mersey etc. Can't even remember who brought big ears on when I saw it.
  2. Remember the echo headline on a board outside a newsagents. Bill Kenwright on the six words he didn't want Barmby to say, "I want to play for Liverpool" Another classic was, Everton's top target signs for Liverpool when we signed Momo.
  3. Oh maaaan. Turbo fingering sounds quite romantic.
  4. Nothing wrong with that, we know what they want. I'm just a llove machine, and I ain't gonna work for nobody but you.
  5. I haven’t missed anything have I? It's reports like this that makes the subscription worth it. I worked with a lot of Welsh lads in my last job, just wish(not really) that I could show the passion and patriotism that they show for the flag, whatever sport. Only game I have watched in full and as the commentator asked people to remember where they where on this historic day it was.....arsed. Now pride in my city.
  6. Exactly, if the family came up positive they wouldn't visit. The staff are distraught with the decision.
  7. We will see, pretty sure he did at Chelsea and Newcastle? However he won't wave when we sing, "should have signed for a big club" Now that will boil their piss.
  8. Totally agree SD, her quality of life should be with family around her. I'm sure if asked she would run the miniscule risk of Covid which Inthe scheme of things doesn't matter a fuck
  9. Anyway, my restrictions end at 22.00 tonight. Still mandatory mask at all times away from home. Hard work in current 38 degrees.
  10. Exactly. Saw a similar story on BBC news yesterday. Dying son allowed very few visitors, depression, stress anxiety as he awaited his relatively short time on earth. Family followed all the rules then saw nick fuckin handjob and his shit. Fuck me, as a parent you would risk anything for your children. It's just wrong burying a child. Can do without this other shit
  11. We have a very good friend spending her last couple of days in Marie Currie in Woolton. Visitors now limited to one person, one hour per day. Maximum of two nominated visitors. All to protect the patient from Covid? Visitors must have negative result each visit. Seriously, no-one can explain that logic to me. Meanwhile, let's go to Wembley to hug and kiss our each other after our magnificent victory. So fuckin wrong.
  12. I think the shite will get a shock when we sing his name and he waves. Too much respect both ways for it not too happen Bit like most of our returning ex players/manager, sing their name then get the business done. Larry Lloyd was about the only exception I think.
  13. Ha ha, Meeeeeeee! As we get ready for the start of the new season, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support over the last season, and at what has been an incredibly challenging time. To show our appreciation and to say a proper thank you for remaining by our side, we’d like to encapsulate just what your support means to us. As such, the Club will be adding the names of all our Season Ticket Holders and Seasonal Hospitality Members names to the walls of our Player’s Tunnel for the 2021/22 season, which of course would include your name. Your name will appear once and remain on the Players’ Tunnel until the end of the 2021/22 season, when we will re-request permission from you for your name to be displayed for any subsequent seasons, for as long as this is in place. If you’d prefer not to have your name included, please let us know by 5pm Tuesday 6th July by filling out the form here and ticking the opt-out box to be removed. Thank you for your continued support and I look forward to welcoming you to Anfield soon. Phil Dutton Vice President, Ticketing & Hospitality
  14. Seethed he did! I have cried when Alan Ball, my hero, was sold. I have squirmed at the dire 70s, the cheating of the 77 FAC SF, the flukey Lampard winner in 1980 SF, the cushion showers of the early 80s, the graffiti Kendall out, rejoiced from January 1984 until 1987 at the performances, seethed with anger at missing out on Europe because of that lot, thrilled with 1995, and since then I have aged like the rest of us by 26 years without seeing a single trophy.
  15. I cant see it, people dont love that club once they leave apart from the odd freak, not like ex Everton do, Rodgers dosent, Shankley didn't. Like Quote Reply So far off the mark it's unbelievable, but the world of the shite.
  16. The best thing about Covid is it has more or less removed handshakes from everyday life. Totally with you on this. When I was job hunting after redundancy my mate told me to "man up as I shake like a girl" Gave me an inferiority complex. Also, in Turkey it's done away with the kiss on both cheeks or a mini butt if it's a young guy. Apart from that, what has Covid ever done for us?
