  1. I'm guessing the number of words is wrong for 3 and it's get cape wear cape fly.
  2. Your Achilles tendon connects your calf to your heel so it sounds like that. If it is you'll just have to rest it.
  3. I read that it was about the guy that did the shipping forecast on the radio.
  4. In my experience, most people who are overweight, have specific habits in their diet, personal to them which are causing the weight gain. It can be as simple, (I'm not saying easy), as identifying what your specific issues are and changing those particular habits. For instance, one of the things for me was that I got lazy/haphazard with taking my lunch to work, but if I went out to get something, I couldn't just buy a sandwich, I'd come out of Morrisons with a meal deal including a millionaire shortbread and an extra steak pie. Just by being more vigilant in taking my own lunch made a massive difference without apps and counting anything. Just identifying my own weaknesses and addressing them.
  5. Had it last night in a Kebab with fried mushrooms & onions, salad and a dollop of garlic & herb dip.
  6. 'The current situation' A.K.A 'show me the money!'
  7. I was born in a crossfire hurricane, and I howled at my ma in the driving rain.
  8. Have a look at the cyclechat forum, you'll get loads of tips & advice on there. 18 miles each way is a fair way to cycle to work. I know because I've done it. Probably going to take around 1 hr 15 mins each way. At first you'll be fucked and you'll eat like a pig, fit or not. Lots to consider. What type of work do you do, is it hard graft, or sat down all day? Can you get cleaned up when you get there? What sort of route will you be riding? How will you get change of clothes etc there? and loads of other things as well. If you can, I would try it out on a saturday. Learn & time your route. Can you cycle half way to start, and bus / train the rest? If you get into it though, you'll love it.
  9. They have a guide on their site, tried tsn1. The best of the lot tonight for me.
  10. When you install it, make sure you use http://sportsmania.eu/repo, or it won't work. Some guides show you a different way.
  11. Dead easy. Go on the sportsmania website, create an account and pay for whatever length of time you want to subscribe for. Then, install the sportsmania addon into kodi. You will be asked for the username & password of your account. Input those and away you go. This should work on whatever device you install it on, as it is linked to your account. Only had it since Saturday myself, but no compliants so far.
  12. Bought a Raspberry Pi 3 with Kodi pre-loaded on to the sd card. Possibly the best money I have ever spent. Installed exodus on it, sync'd it with a trakt account, and bought a real debrid subscription for £13 every 6 months, which supposedly gives you access to better quality streams. The ones I've tried so far have been top notch. I've tried a few footy streams but they seemed a bit hit and miss, so I took a punt on sportsmania for £26 for 6 months. Stream quality so far has been pretty much perfect. Overall, for 70 odd quid a year for everything I want to watch is a bargain. I'm not in the least bit techy, but with a bit of googling, setting it up was a piece of piss. Just wondering now if I should set up a VPN.
  13. Retrieving lobsters from Jayne Mansfield's arsehole.
