On Bisping’s podcast he was saying that although he can understand Ngannou wanting to strike while the iron is hot in terms of a title fight, he would’ve liked to have seen him take the fight in a few months time and train with top class wrestlers before going into a fight camp. He thought he might be underprepared for Stipe’s wrestling game. It’s a decent pod for an MMA fan that. Love him or hate him Bisping is a good analyst and very insightful in my opinion. Be prepared for 20 minutes per episode of them shilling for their various sponsors, but the skip 15 seconds button is your friend if you’re on iPod. Pleased for Stipe. Only Cain left for him really. Feel like Jones is going to be shadow that hangs over DC.

Better now thanks mate, we’ve cleared the air. Bit of tension built up with being at other people’s or having guests and not really sorting out minor disagreements, culminating in a massive blow up last weekend and me getting out of the car on the way to her parents for her birthday dinner. We then didn’t talk for four days which is the longest row we’ve had in our 9 years together. With a beer in your hand at 1am you start to wonder if you’re going to sort it out, if you’ve got deep problems, hence reading this again. I’m very nervous about this. As we’ve seen in the past, there doesn’t have to be footage of anything if the FA decide that “on the balance of probabilities” something did happen. Especially when they have something to gain from being seen to be strong on the issue. Hopefully there is another angle of the split second Kenny walks in front of Bobby so we can clearly see what was said.

I hate the man with a passion, and think he gets off far too easily for the stuff about the paramedics after Cech got injured and again during his 2nd stint at Chelsea. I think the mental stability comments have bitten her in the arse as well, sitting here with the 9 week old watching the Fox aftershow. Rose just spoke very eloquently about it. She may have won anyway but it seems like it’s been a motivating factor for her. Good luck to her- when she came through on TUF she kind of got dragged into some of the bitchiness in the house but she’s carried herself well since then.

I thought GSP was slowing down and looking a bit slow to be honest, I was settling in for the Bisping cardio win with maybe a late TKO, then wham. Bisping did more damage out of the takedowns,GSP barely landed a thing when he got him down. That’s fighting I guess. Fair fucks, he did it. Bisping retirement fight in London in March I think. I was more shocked by the other two title fights. Great night of fights.
