Anybody care to explain what this £500 million bond is ? Did they raise 500 million worth of cash from some private investors and reduced their debt as much, or what was that all about ? I understood at the time that with that they managed to eliminate most of that 700 million debt they had. Is it true, or have I misunderstand something ? -
One thing that always surprises me is how so many people would like to see Carra or Gerrard as future managers of LFC. Ok, I understand of course why -they are modern club legends- but I don´t think neither of them are that kind of types who would make good managers. Gerrard probably doesn´t even fancy that job, but Carra, even if he would like to, has a terrible voice which would drive players nuts in a heartbeat. Besides, I don´t trust his judgement very much. Alonso would probably make a good manager. Calm head and a reasonable character.

During Hodgsons time Agger almost got kicked out of the club, but it all changed when Kenny arrived. Agger is now his first choice center back when available. Why ? Because he can play a bit, not only hoof.

There are so many players who should he shipped out in the summer that Ngog might as well stay for one more year. No point in switching the whole team at once. It´s more important to get rid from the likes of Poulsen, Jovanovich, Konchesky, Skrtel, Aurelio, Cole and Rodriguez. Ngog is still relatively young at least, so he might as well stay for awhile.

He looked quite thrilling on one occasion on thursday when he run kind of sideways against Braga´s goal, between the defenders, and tried to score. Looked like a real soccer player to me.

Me too, although it´s my first time. Always been against throwing money away, but now it doesn´t feel like it anymore. I don´t wanna miss anything that Kenny says. If only I could understand him !
