I'll be honest the company I work for has made everybody go back to working in the office 4 days a week (unless, like me, you've been recruited as a remote worker). They claim it's to improve productivity, but I think it's more of a micro management decision. If they had made me do it I'd have had to quit, fucked if I'm doing a 170 mile round trip for work 4 days a week.
