is the new job really more money, if you`re not gettign as much holidays, plus the commuting time, which is of course, YOUR TIME if you got this new job offer easily enough, whats not to say you wont get another, if you actually look a little harder this time i wouldnt say no just yet, but weigh up the options a bit better, like i said, holidays have a price, add it up, how many days less, for the wage etc... then add up the hours spent travelling, to the time you could spend with friends/family, everything has a price, and your time you will never regain if you think the rise, actually is still a rise after doing the maths, then like someone else said, take it, sure you can always get another job, IT jobs are ten to a penny
