  1. Bambo. Stag comes back from nam and goes on the rampage in small-town America. God didn't make Bambo, I did.
  2. Wayne's World. Bill & Ted.
  3. I thought American Psycho was funny as fuck. The Road.
  4. If we get this Wirtz cat who's for the chop, I know nowt about him.
  5. Seeing palace and, yes, Newcastle win their first trophies is something you can't really begrudge. That's what's pissed me off over the years with the way they've been cheapened, starting with Ferguson then wenger. CEOs care about finishing fourth, fans care about trophies.
  6. Drury at the FA Cup. "Is this the end of not just the city era, but the north's?"
  7. Talking to your grass while you water it. Being an inverted Wolverine. I've had a cut on my leg for about six weeks.
  8. He's a busted flush now guardiola, honestly wouldn't bother giving him more money to rebuild, the party's over.
  9. With Code's size nobody believed he could carry the jacket off, but with the belt, he was like Rommel.
  10. I have serious concerns over Scott M's nerd credentials, I reckon he goes to comic cons dressed as Superman but thinks Terrence Stamp invented the Post Office.
  11. Paddy "the baddy", if that is in fact his real name, says he shouldn't be at the trophy parade as it'll bring the mood down.
  12. They're hairy bastards, like Richard Keys.
  13. I think it's an especially strange case with Starmer. He came late to politics and admits he's not especially political (!?). He comes from a world of law where there's clearly defined rules, everything is black or white, up or down, right or wrong. Stepping outside that reality into a world where people like Farage, Johnson and Trump are popular, must be a mind fuck. Reminds me of a boss I once had. He talked like Johnny Cab from Total Recall. He was organised and good with numbers etc. But we got moved under a new department which was more creative and the big boss fancied himself as "creative". In his first meeting he said in passing to Johnny Cab that he didn't like formal clothes, so the next day Johnny came in in a pair of red jeans. Red. You could tell, it was just a world he didn't understand, and people thought it was funny as fuck.
  14. He's not a politician or a leader, he's a smart guy, but that's not the same thing.
