l got that wrong, apparently he suffered a dead leg in a clash with Mark Hughes and a few days later his leg swelled up twice its size and surgeons had to make an 18" cut in his leg which they couldn't stitch up for 10 days or so. A google search took me to that shity rags website so l ain't going to link it.

Mark Dennis of QPR once picked up a nasty gash on his leg...many moons ago. Can't find pics anywhere, probably a good thing.

My car ...2003 Volkswagen Sharan TDI, bought in 2006, it had 43k on the clock when l bought it, it now has 97k. Hopefully will last a few more years yet as l can't really afford to splash on a new car either now or in the foreseeable future. It really is a great car though, bags of low rev torque.

Already mentioned but .. The Milk Cup game v the mancs in 85, The 7- 0 thrashing of Spurs in 78 l think, also the 5-0 against Forest was pretty good, and we played Spurs in the FA Cup one year, l think there was a dusting of snow on the ground, pretty tense affair, the Kop went crazy when Rushie knocked the winner in. Off topic but Arsenal in 89 the worst by a long shot ....surreal.

Have apple confirmed that they are changing the whole design of the iphone in this years upgrade?, because somehow l don't think they will. They've obviously invested a lot of money in changing the production side of things for the iphone4 so l don't see them changing it after just one year. It will probably be just hardware upgrades imo.

Love MotoGp ... Me and my sons always go to the British GP, formerly at donington which is only 45 mins from where we live, now at Silverstone but we still go for all four days, practice qualifying etc ...its a great weekend. l'm a big fan of 2 strokes but next year there isn't going to be any 2 strokes left in the world championships, last year the 250's where replaced by moto2 and from next year the 125's will be replaced by moto3 four strokes. Oh and MotoGp bikes will be 1000cc from next season. Eurosport is great for bike racing. Can't wait for the season to start.
