I think any team with that mad bastard Ramos needs a player like Busquets to fill the gaps. Pique and Capdevila have been known to go wandering forward too, so although he doesn't stand out he certainly is important to the way they play.

I've seen a lot of him as i live in korea at the moment and he's really impressed me. He's such an exciting player to watch.

I just dont think he can spot a player at all. I think it goes without saying that any player playing for a club of our stature should be able to control and pass the ball to a high standard. Sadly Benitez has signed many players that fail to do both.

I think the difference with Lucas yesterday was that he played with heart for once. My biggest criticsm of him as a player is his lack of courage. Of course technically he's not great but you can always warm to a player who shows heart. That's the first time I've seen him play without fear and I hope he keeps it up. I've just seen the end of the game again and he was charging down their players in the final minutes and he even made a lot of positive passes throughout the whole game and I can't remember him going hiding once. Christ he even set up a goal when he usually panics and miskicks when in any half decent position.

I just read that Diego Lugano is on a free. He's a bit of a dirtbag but a good defender. Also I'm watchin a repeat of Ajax v RKC now on ESPN and that Luis Suarez looks like some player. I've heard people talk about him before but had never seen him play. I have to say i'm impressed.
