I've never thought of Toure as dominant in the air. For some reason I have it in my head he isn't the best in the air. Can't think of any incidents at the minute but he hasn't played a lot for City recently. Anyone else know what Toure's like in the air?

I'd still keep him. We'll be better with him than without him.

At the end of last season would you have been happy if someone told you Toure would be a starter fro us in the coming season?

It seems that was the plan. Mignolet wasn't even badly needed with Reina but other starting players are. We haven't improved at all yet IMO. We'll be far weaker when Suarze goes. Then we'll need at least 3 class players. I just can't see it happening.

We will still need a class attacking player and centre back if Suarez stays or goes. Go get them now. We'll end up paying more for players if we wait for someone to pay the price they are looking to sell Suarez for.

It's not really hard to buy anyone regardless of what happens with Suarez. If they are willing to spend money, do it now. Then have other deals in place if they agree to sell Suarez.

I think the transfer committee might prove to be good in time. And they only done that cos Rodgers refused to work with Director of Football so they set this up instead to keep an eye on him.

Is our win percentage in all games not about the same? We were close enough to 4th when Suarez got stitched up with help from FSG and Ayre's incompetence.

I dont think we've really improved overall. I count all games as important. Not just league. Having Gerrard fit for 90% of season helped too.

Actually belatedly sacking Hodgson and appointing Kenny improved us.

Reinvesting the money isnt enough. Where has the 20m net budget gone? And the 35m tv deal money? We will continue to stand still or get worse while we sell our best players.

So basically we are willing to sell to Arsenal if they pay 50m. We'll not be qualifying for CL anytime soon if he goes there.

Did our run mask some shitty home truths? Arsenal went on a brilliant run. If we sell Suarez to them they will finish above us.

Everything said in here is opinion. I think we'd do better next season wuth Suarez than we would if we sild him and bought 3 players. Not sure we'd get less points cos after last summer's transfer disaster we were shit for months. Surely we can't that shit again.

Juve will still win it. They were far better than everyone last season without a top striker. They've added Tevez and Llorente.

I think only Suarez can score goals? News to me. We wont improve by selling him, though.

Hope it goes brilliantly for him in Italy. Great keeper and character. Loved him speaking out against Hicks and Gillett.

Buying a few good players for starting 11 might do that, not squad players as Rodgers has called his signings so far. Basically, show some ambition to back your words about wanting to be a top team again.

Modric and Ronaldo were both made to stay longer than they wanted. I think Newcadtle even made Colloccini stay. We're not in a position to be in decent shape aftet selling our best player.

Suarez can't leave unless the club let him. It's that simple.
