Fantastic result. Loads of sloppy mistakes tonight, particularly from Hendo and Gomez, but I’d put it down to exhaustion. Some brilliant play at times too and they couldn’t live with us for large stretches. Over a week before the next game, thankfully, by which time Fabinho and Lovren should be back to the squad. Particular praise for Alisson tonight, who never has to make those De Gea highlight reel moments because he’s always in the best possible position to make his saves look basic. Unbelievable goalkeeper.5 points

Thank you atkinson, cunt. You gave them every fucking decision including an extra minute of added time. You're a fucking disgrace, how the fucking fuck was that not a free kick to us when Gini got took out outside their box? The man is a fucking cunt. Good to take the 3 points, we looked really gassed from the 75th minute or thereabouts and were almost hanging on in the last 5. it doesnt help when we charge forward then give the ball away cheaply and have to charge back. I love Bobby but he should be fined a week's wages everytime he tries a backheel 10 yards from our box when it's 1-0! Fucking tyler's a cunt and all, his commentary couldnt hide how much he wanted spurs to turn us over never mind score. I dont expect commentators to big us up but I dont expect them to fucking talk us down either. That result gives us the best start by any top flight team in Europe. Muppets like tyler would be wanking himself blind if that was Real, Barcelona or PSG. Onwards reds!5 points

They showed all nine goals from October on the big screen during the warm up. In hindsight probably not the best idea from the arrogant cunts,5 points

Style. Heart. Opportunism. Vigour. Energy. Expertise. Mentality. Urgency. Panache. Meticulousness. Obduracy. Organisation. Know-how. Spark. Accuracy. Ruthlessness. Structure. Efficiency. I don't ask for much. Apart from West Ham (who we haven't played yet), they are the only side we haven't beaten in the league so far. Let's correct that, put them back in their box, and tell everybody that Woodward should give Gollum Jr a new contract doubling his salary. Oh, and Mo, if you feel like turning up for this one for once, that would be great.4 points

I know you probably won’t agree with me here but I think the unpleasant feeling between the two clubs has gone a bit too far now. We had a ton of extra police in for the derby. The fan park closed. A third party security firm literally lined Anfield Road. This is very unusual at Anfield. it wasn’t for the visit of a team of European ultras. It was because of other people from our (LFC’s and therefore your) City. Some of those will actually have left the same house as reds that afternoon. There is no point looking to blame one team or another. There’s no point looking for provocative articles to support a blame theory. They’re easy to find but they are on both sides And they just amplify and perpetuate the problem. Its not Everton’s fault there is a toxic and now dangerous relationship. It’s both our faults. I’d like to see a change. look for the good stuff. Amplify it. All of us. Red and blue. the best Recent example of the right way to behave was from Everton. It came from Ancelotti. The warmth with which he met Klopp after his teams defeat was great leadership. And we should follow it. There is always gonna be some niggle and some dickheads but let’s make them the exception. this post went a bit preachy. No condescension was intended.4 points

I wish Mo would wake up. His dozy passing has been a feature for most of the season. Then again, if he scores another great goal he's forgiven. (But do wake up, Mo!).3 points

I think Everton (the club) have played on it to an extent which has fuelled it. They may not have intended it to worsen, but they have played on it. The People’s Ckub; Born blue, made red. We go the game, it’s what we do; T-shirts with Everton/Norwegian on under blue/red subbuteo players. They knew exactly what audience They were playing to.3 points

I wish it was back like it was in the 80s, but you're wrong if you think this is a two way street. Fuck Everton and their wall pushing antics. If you don't want nasty derbies, let's hope they're relegated this season and ancelotti can come and shake klopps hand as West ham manager or something.3 points

I came on here to read bile from GOT and all I get is a reasoned discussion on fan relations. I despair of this forum.2 points

Amazing the different generations of blues. Watched the game with a few other red mates, two red brothers and two blue brothers and some blue mates. The blues are aged from 45-75. Genuinely happy we beat Spurs and want us to win the league. Recognise they are a joke of a club but all remember when they were good. They were happy they beat brighton and just want to finish the season well. Then my blue nephew and his mates walk in. Sound apart from talking about lfc. Peds,VAR, fa conspiracy bla bla bla. Not one mention about everton.2 points

I do think he knows what he's doing. You cannot be inept when all your "inept" decisions go against one team time and time again. He's making a concious decisions not to award us free kicks or free kicks against us for fuck all etc. It's been going on years.2 points

Decent performance and a great result in a tough fixture. We made it a bit tougher for ourselves by missing a hatful of chances but overall we were in complete control until their late flurry.2 points

Very good first half but we really should’ve been out of sight. Son has gone up in my most hated list in between Bernardo Silva and David Silva now. Horrible human being.2 points

Made up for Ings, he deserves this purple patch. Always gave it his all and got unlucky with injuries.2 points

This is exactly the sort of result Man Utd needed today. Great stuff from Solskjaer, who has surely shown enough over the course of the season to convince Woodward that he’s the man for the long-term project at Old Trafford.2 points

Ricardo Rodriguez the Swiss left back. He did well at the 2014 World Cup and we were looking for a new left back at the time (we signed Moreno). Rodriguez looked solid defensively, could link up with the attack and could deliver an excellent set-piece. He joined Milan a few years back and has become a player who can't run, can't defend and offers fuck-all offensively.2 points

Haha, yeah ok I fucked up. I'd just woke up and saw the news then posted here, but what I meant was that when you look at MH17 and how that dragged out for ages, I'm glad that at least Iran have admitted what's happened here within days so we're spared months of on and off media bullshit.2 points
