  1. Darling Fascist Bullyboy: Give me some more money, you bastard. May the seed of your loin be fruitful in the belly of your woman, Mosh.

  2. Grabara is the better keeper of the 2 and needs to be competing for a first team role, where Kelleher still has another season before he's ready for a loan move, in my opinion. On top of those 2 promising keepers, we have Vitezslav Jaros who was mighty impressive for the 18s last season and will likely see plenty of action for the 19s in the UEFA Youth League, the 21s in the EFL Trophy and in the 23s. I expect that the keepers in the youth sides will be rotated a fair amount to give them all game time. Plus, earlier this year, we brought in a 16 year old Polish keeper, Jakub Ojrzynski, who is another highly thought after keeper. He's now part of the 28 man squad that will be travelling to the US, replacing Jaros who picked up an injury in training and will be out for a while. We're well stocked between the posts beyond Alisson and Mignolet.

  12. Been in the news recently due to reports of an organised rush onto Area 51 to find them aliens. It's all a bit of nonsense as nobody would get near it but if I lived nearby I'd be there for the spectacle. I guess it falls down to are you a Mulder or a Scully. Personally I think something is in there, whether it's a crashed UFO or alien corpse I'm not so sure but you never know. I don't think we can possibly be alone in the universe so why not? Watched loads of documentarys over the years and recently watch some stuff that ex Blink 182 member Tom Delonge has done recently in pumping loads of his money into finding out "the truth". Now he may be a crack pot but I can't help but be swept along by the excitement of it all. Basically, in the words of X Files, the truth is out there and I want to believe. Tin foil at the ready...

  14. The council will pay every penny of this. They haven’t bothered looking elsewhere. Just delayed announcing it to let the dust settle from when it was first mooted.

  15. I don't have a problem with him personally. He came back after the transfer window closed and handled himself like a true professional. He didn't down tools and sulk on the pitch. He shouldn't have refused to play, but we all know the tricks that Barcelona pull. We've seen it many times before - in the way they go about tapping players up. Bring him home. He can contribute.

  16. These loons seriously think hordes of tourists are going to head to an area that has a shitfarm and smelly heavy crude oil storage, to see a stadium that will not only look completely at odds with its settings but, belongs to a club that is infamous for now being the city's second club (even if first founded) and, has won the square root of fuck all since the 1990!? And there's nothing else to see or do 'there'? Sorry for the long sentence but just where is the grip on reality here? Think I just spotted a flaw in my comment, there!

  17. I was reading an article the other day about the re released Jackson Browne album Running On Empty , a pretty good album for me , but while it was highly praising particular tracks and the album overall , quoting Springsteen saying Browne was writing song The Eagles wished they wrote , the reviewer said Jackson Browne was the Ed Sheehan of those days , as if.

  21. If Klopp is happy to have him back then that's good enough for me. Might be the difference next season in winning the title. He's still a little cunt though

  22. He's an excellent player, a proven match winner and we'd be deluding ourselves to think he wouldn't at least improve the squad. I can understand why people might think "Fuck him" but wouldn't that be a case of cutting the nose off to spite the face? Especially if we can absolutely bend Barcelona right over in the process? 2 year loan, with significantly subsidised wages, with a view to a deal, but then fuck him off and collect our money from them anyway. It's the perfect storm.

  23. It's just lack of computing power- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simulation_hypothesis Once 'they' get the new Intel chips and reboot, there'll be aliens everywhere. Bostrom's paper is very interesting and persuasive, btw. Although it doesn't explain why 'they' would bother wasting processing power on incels. Or Hull.

  29. Did the EU have a vote in the Greek elections? Or were the election results down to the Greek electorate? People criticise the EU when it does bad stuff. Sane people don't criticise it for stuff it's not responsible for.

  32. To be honest i tend to watch a lot of TV with subtitles on anyway. I've watched a couple of Dark episodes on an iPad Pro with headphones which has been ace - the sound and visuals in Dark are really high quality. The Shield - started rewatching this for the first time in ten years. Don't need to get to the end to know it's an 11 out of 10.

  41. Rightly or wrongly, no one cares what he's done in Ligue 1 despite the fact he has been ridiculously good in that competition. He went there the 3rd best player in the world, ready to be the man and lead his own team to glory, and instead he's now a pariah. Expectations are insanely high for him, but he has not met them and his reputation has taken a hit. He'll be remembered there as someone who couldn't stay fit and thought he was bigger than the club. It's a massive failure.
