This is what really pisses me off. Decades of being told to hold your nose and keep the faith while careerists were parachuted in, the vote shrank by millions and the party was destroyed in Scotland. Then we finally get a left-leaning leader, he increases the vote to its highest for 20 years and the right kick off. Pricks.6 points

That lad is clearly a complete strapon. Inane ravings of a lunatic. Look at that list of comparisons. Richarlison better than Firmino - hmm. Keane better than Gomez - laughable, and that’s just 2 that jump out. The focus as always on why we’re ahead and not focusing on their failings. This new stadium stuff is ridiculous, I’ve never understood why a team like that think a new stadium will help them. They’re still Everton, top players won’t want to join them because the stadium is new, more fans won’t go, again - because it’s Everton. You could design the worlds greatest stadium but if the entertainment on display is basically a dog curling out a turd in the middle of the field you still aren’t going to go are you. They’re sad, mediocre twats, I’ve been looking at their fixtures and reckoned they might get a generous 42 points. Utter fucking garbage club, team and manager. Pointless, they make up the numbers. It’s like Watford claiming they’d be a threat if they get a brand new stadium. And Digne will have gone to Everton as he didn’t fancy a 3rd or 4th club in a row where he was a sub.5 points

When the Right are in charge the Left are expelled, because they try to change the direction the party is going. It is the Left who are criticised for being undemocratic and bullies. When the Left are in charge the Right walk away, because they can't change the direction the party is going. It is the Left who are criticised for being undemocratic and bullies. It is almost like there is an agenda4 points

What makes me laugh is, Corbyn isn't even hard left. In any other decent 1st world country he's a democratic socialist! But not in this right wing shithole, oh no! Well all you freaks who I've got on ignore will get your wish soon I've no doubt. The man doesn't need that kind of shit at his age and he'll walk away to the back benches, and back to his allotment, his jam and his manhole covers! And you'll have cunts like Watson and Owen Smith running the party, and the seven shithouses will come crawling back! And they still won't win an election, but still they'll be more palatable to the LFI and Murdoch and his ilk! And the perpetual neo-con hell will go on and fucking on! Pass me the fucking paraquat!4 points

Maybe he was the originator of that joke about the man getting three wishes from a genie; on his third he wishes for immortality, and the genie says "You can't wish to live forever". The man then says OK he wants to die when Everton win the league, and the genie replies "You sneaky cunt."3 points

I think it's become trendy to say you hate Blair if you're young and in the Labour party. Much like it was trendy to say you hate Thatcher (even if you weren't born) or say you support Palestine. There's so many different facets to what's going on at the moment it's hard to see through it. The media does stoke a lot, as does the aspect of our society that fears a grassroots political movement. It's worth noting that before the war ordinary people died of TB in squalid back to backs and their kids had no shoes. After the war - When they country was utterly bankrupt - they were provided with indoor sanitation, vaccines, medical care and, quite often, jobs. I'm sure this had nothing at all to do with the fact there were a lot of disgruntled men around who now knew how to use guns. Corbyn is about more than whether one man should lead the Labour party, the project was an attempt to provide ordinary people with a say in how their party is run, and just look at the havoc it's wrought? I have never in my lifetime seen a political movement, from its leader right down to ordinary members, subjected to such relentless attacks. One wonders why that is? Also bear in mind, the reason the British empire was so successful is that it didn't subjugate people with force. It did it by buying off their leaders and using them to keep people in line. You could argue this is exactly what happened with the Labour leadership. We're in the middle of a push for 'regime change'. Because the poor people of the Labour party are being 'badly let down' by Jeremy Corbyn and his slavering a hordes of posh trots antisemites. Obviously this is only when he's not down the allotment of photographing manhole covers.3 points

Well his performances during elections (leadership and general) don’t support that. My view is that he’s unelectable because of an organised smear campaign which unfortunately works. If he was more centrist, the smear campaign wouldn’t even exist.3 points

Shite second half. Completely played into the hands of these time-wasting fannies, allowing them to play exactly the game they wanted. Absolutely despise these long breaks. Anyone who keep banging on the myth about how getting kicked out of cup competitions plays into our favour league-wise can do one. We are a vastly better team with a good rhythm of games.2 points

Decent result. Centre backs and Henderson were excellent. General play was a mixed bag. We played good football in patches and then managed to waste every single opportunity. Thankfully we had a pretty solid control of the game limiting them. Fabinho really is a fabulous footballer. Intelligent, composed, positive on the ball. Class.2 points

Scal Jazeera To be fair, and has this thread has shown its a seriously tough one. Her comments about the manchester bomb were seriously misplaced. Can understand the backlash from people after that. if it was one of my kids or a loved one who had suffered there then would I fuck have any sympathy for her. The humanitarian in me thinks get her back, jail her and try to rehabilitate her. Give the kid a chance at a decent life as well. No way she is walking the streets if she comes back because some nut will end up doing her in. Im actually sick of seeing her face all over the media.2 points

I’m still at a loss to the “what made her go over there though?” thought process. Do the people saying that we should consider that point do so with every decision made by every person ever, therefore clearing all blame? I doubt it. There’s also the not-so underlying accusation that this national rejection is because she’s Muslim. Really? You honestly don’t think if you replace her with the exact situation, but someone of another race or religion, that people would say the same? The difference is that no other religious group is currently waging a terror war on us. Also, why when tracing reason to actions back does that process always end with UK actions? Why is there never mitigating circumstances to their actions? If you have listened to her interviews and still honestly think she should come back, I’m at a loss. We should just disband all our national security measures in that case - what’s the point detecting potential danger entering the country when we allow people who are totally open about it in?2 points

Gemma Atkinson had weighed into the debate and said she shouldn't be let back. Someone should post some pics of Atkinson so we can mass debate this point further. Thanks, tar.2 points

Ah, well, strap yourself in! Born by emergency C-Section after abnormalities in the kidneys were found, the extent of which would only be known after birth. Straight to intensive care where we spent the next three weeks, bar one absolute clusterfuck of a night at home. He’s scanned, scrapped, cut, injected and subjected to everyfuckingthing in the world. His first operation, to correct the Kinsey issue is a success, he still needs to have a follow up, but that’s all good and not serious. The hospital then severely botch a simple procedure, enough for us to issue formal complaints against doctors. Post op they ‘notice’ something which could be something quite serious, could mean complete bowl removal. So, again we’re stuck in ICU. The poor little fucker has not had a day where he’s not subjected to every fucking test on the planet. We had to do enemas twice daily, which is a hoot! He also has a milk allergy and can not feed from a bottle as it’s putting too much air in to his system and causing him pain, so my wife had to breast feed almost continually and didn’t sleep for more than an hour at a time. The term ‘survival percentages’ are used. We have world leading Professors, were transferred between all the best paediatric wards in London. We end up having a biopsy which will tell us how bad it will be.... We spend the day on a ward with kids who are dying from cancer and their distraught parents. We wait and wait for the results... Nothing, fucking nothing wrong with his bowel! Its a fucking Soy allergy we figure out over the next couple of days. All that pain and misery for him and it’s basic shit they should have figured out within five minutes with a few simple questions. He’s home now and he’s great, so all’s we’ll and all that jazz, but the wee fucker hasn’t half had a tough first month on this rock.2 points
