I think you’re right; the country is exactly this stupid.

The people who were stupid enough to vote for him in the first place will still be THAT stupid to vote for him again.  However I think his reputation is so sullied in the UK that people who wouldn't normally vote will come out in droves to vote against him/his party.  No one in the UK, apart from his cult members, will want to go through another period in UK politics again like the last 6 years.  It's been horrendous. The big fat, stupid, nasty bastard cunt has cast a very dark shadow over this country.

That said, Scotland will be an issue. As things stand the UK needs Scotland more than Scotland needs the UK.

Heidi Range is the correct answer. Fittest famous scouser of modern times up there with Jodi.

I'm sure this will get howls of derision and "bullshit" but I got off with her in a game of spin the bottle. Only a snog like and we were about 15.

She's nowhere near the fittest scouse girl. Famous one? Maybe top 5. There are some truly amazing looking women in this city, and I mean drop dead gorgeous. As you well know. I'm sure plenty walk past your work on a daily basis.

It will be Jeremy Cunt. I feel like it was always going to be him anyway. Like a plan. Get cunt in to deliver the money, fuck him off and bring in the new fresh faced Cameron.

I think Scotland would be as fucked as the rest of us if they broke away. It would be as ridiculous a decision as us leaving Europe.

But "as things stand" they will continue to be fucked if they stay in the UK.  As things stand the UK Govt is dragging everyone down morally and socially, and everyone down financially except for the top 1/5/10%.  Scotland might as well give it a go on their own.

If things change Scotland may be willing to give the UK a chance, get rid of this bastard Govt, get a coalition going with a view to PR so they're not risking being under the thumb of a twat Tory Govt again.

Personally I think that's a short term view to leave now, when that doesn't work, does the east coast split from the west? That's pretty much the argument brexiteers put up about leaving the EU.

What they should do imo is exactly what you say about helping getting this government out and get themselves at the heart of the UK. Which again is what the UK should have done in Europe. Instead of sitting on the fringes spending most of our time moaning about what the French and Germans wanted to do, we should have got ourselves fully committed and drove the direction of the EU.

I’ve got a feeling that there’s going to be a real attempt to get some of Scotland back, and I think it’s possible.

A lot don’t want indyref2, but they loath the Tories and Sarwar is doing well of making a name for himself as serious.

If they can position the arguments towards more devolved freedoms, which I think Starmer has before, it’s not such a stretch to think they’d run with it and if they find a sweet spot between the nationalist and not Tory I think they could do well.

Say they take ten seats off the SNP and perform well in others it removes all the potential leverage the SNP have for coalition conversations, so could focus around PR.

Not based on anything more than a hunch.

The thing is too though, PR would make a big difference in Scotland as well as here. I'm sure a lot of people vote SNP because they don't want the Tories. I'm not saying that would be enough to make labour a major presence again, but the SNP got less than 50% of the vote in 2019 and 80% of seats. Because of FPTP Scotland is as undemocratic as here in a GE, it's just the SNP benefit instead of the Tories.

That's part of the reason i think it might be doable.

Well done to your lad mate, that’s some achievement. Is that Cameron at the back?
