Or plausibly his supporters get elected to the 1922 and change the rules of the process to by pass the MPs and go straight to the members for a vote of no confidence which he would probably win. The whole narrative of his supporters is that there is a disconnect between the views of MPs and the public. The members aren’t as outraged as the MPs . Very hard for MPs to oust him if he wins the support of the members.

Maybe. I don't see that happening to be honest. Either 1922 or he has support of the overall party. He might still have the support of the cult, but I think most normal Tories are done with him.

So tomorrow Johnson and that wankstain Zahawi will launch a new economic package. Let me guess, lower taxes, reduce VAT, duty on fuel. Etc etc and all the flags hanging bootlicking handjobs will lap it up like quim.

What a government, what a de pfeiffel cumpot. What a shambolic state we live in.
1922 committee will have to boot this titwank out

Nothing is going to be done. No parliamentary business able to take place and the party won't vote for anything he tables.

If he was going to walk ,it would have been today.

He thinks that 2019 election was won by him alone and that the vast majority of the country are behind him

He is gonna tear the Tory party apart.

Hugely ironic seeming as they have been using his 'unique personality as one of their selling points for the last 3 years.

Was listening to the radio earlier and someone from Conservative Home was saying how Johnson was honourable and would do the right thing, giving the example of when he stood down from the leadership race in 2016. This is how little Tories know outside of enriching themselves and sexually abusing their SPADs

This is the verbatim text of the number 10 press briefing. Imagine James Joyce on coke and you get the gist. Not really creating the sense of a steady hand on the tiller.

Whoever wrote that got into Gove's stash.

41 resignations. I mean, seems legit to stay on.

Seems incredible he’s still fighting to stay on with such a high number of resignations.

is there a magic number where it becomes untenable for him to stay ?
