It's laughable. It doesn't matter what culture it was, it was illegal. People were being hounded by police drones for walking through the peak District with their families.

He's been setup now, he's denied any knowledge of advance warnings of a party or that he was warned it was illegal. Each time Cummings has disclosed something evidence has followed within a few days. It'll probably be a snapshot of an email or whatsapp chat?
