I've read some shit in my time on this forum - I've written some of it - but this is down there with the worst of it.

Jo Swinson's name hadn't even been chiselled into the name plate on the leader's office before she was being attacked en masse by the legion of Corbyn outriders. You want to talk about "nonaggression" when people should be working together, start there.

First time I've seen you show any sort of humility. I applaud that. Nice one SD.

Stronts will obviously neg that for 'lies', but that type of thing is exactly what he, Rico, and actually the media in general have been doing for ages to Corbyn.

I think there’s more of a basis for what I said than most of the shite spewed out against Corbyn, IMO onion

Ridiculous. You can't compare the simple recounting of facts, which I do, with untrue, baseless smears.

Marr tells Swinson the Lib Dems are a soft Tory party. She doesn't deny it.

There you have it. Like we've been saying for years - Yellow Tories.

I've never been able to tell them apart anyhow so the admission at least draws a line under it.

They're a completely different party to the one Ashdown wanted to merge with Blair’s Labour in the mid 90’s.

She's perfect for them because the Lib Dems are essentially a slush pile for people who have no politics or generally don't like it but still think they should vote.

You're a Tory, what do you (in theory) stand for?

"Queen and country, small state, low taxes, hang'em and flog'em justice system, oxbridge, the army, castles"

You're Labour, what do you, in theory, stand for?

"Interventionist state, public ownership, fair taxation, state schools and health system, a county council that spans the galaxy where everyone I'm related to works in the call centre, for £30 an hour."

You're a Lib Dem, what do you stand for?

"Liberal...values."

"What's that then?"

"I.....don't, know."
