The same Rory Stewart who's generally voted against measures to prevent climate change. Greens are a fucking joke these days.

He's also always voted for selling State owned forests and against greater regulation on Fracking.

Am I missing something? Where are the greens mentioned in that article?

In the Times article they mentioned that the Greens would also stand aside for him.

And against incentivising utility providers to reduce their carbon footprint. His voting record on environmental issues is objectively shit.

Cheers mate, reading on my phone and it's not the best.

If that's true its fucking scandalous. It's one thing standing aside for independents in town or borough council elections, but to stand aside for someone who would still be in the Tory Party and who stood for leader 5 minutes ago is taking the piss!

Why was that negged?

Do you really need to know the motivation behind every single neg? It's getting a bit tedious now.

Just assume that every time I neg someone, it's for trolling in the form of lies or insults (in this instance insulting lies about the Lib Dems being anti-gay), and we'll save a lot of time.

Just compare the way Neil keeps shitting all over this thread with his lying trolly bullshit to how I post in the Corbyn thread.

Daniel draws inferences from people criticising Israel. I wouldn't dream of using such cheap tactics to defame somebody. But, equally, if they want to, I think people are free to draw inferences from Dan's regular negging of anybody who stands up for the LGBT community and to the hatred directed towards them by the anti-LGBT Lib Dems.

And, let's not be dishonest, it's not just me who is saying that the anti-LGBT Lib Dems aren't a party for gay people, their own party members are saying this. Or, rather, their ex party members.

Don't let the truth get in the way of facts
