Ok...

Try and take the emotion out of this for a second and look at this with a harsh dose of cold reality and logic.

Given the situation we now find ourselves in (at least until January) should we get him back in this week?

The thought of this alone was enough to make me want to projectile vomit but maybe I'm starting to change my thinking.

If he's fit he would score goals, we all know this, and goals are what we need otherwise we can forget about any slim chance of competing for a top 4 place this season.

Can we forgive him for his callous betrayals? That is the question.

Or is this just an indication of how low we find ourselves at the moment the fact that this is even a consideration?

Discuss.

We'll probably sign him on £250k a week, and his hamstrings will explode four seconds after signing the contract with his official Manchester United Special Edition Fountain Pen, and he'll be out for the next two years, with us footing another £100k a week for him in medical costs for the duration.

If it just down to what we need, then yes I'd take him back because we need someone to score goals and of all the freebies out there, he's the most likely to get goals in the Premiership.

But taking everything into consideration, then NO I would not have him back. He's completely detestable and I'd never want to see him at our club ever again.

1 year contract, pay as you play with bonuses for goals scored. Pretty low risk. I couldn't care less how big a cunt he is. He always was to a certain extent even when he played for us.

As for people saying give Morgan a chance, I agree. But even 3 strikers isn't enough, especially as two of them aren't out and out strikers.

Whats to say Owen can play in this system seeing as Gerrard is struggling with it and they are the same age.

Owen is not in his teens anymore or his 20s, his pace has long gone just like his hamstrings.

Disregarding the fact i absolutely despise the little runt, as pointed out elsewhere sinama pongolle would be a better signing

If we are going to bring in an OAP why not Drogba? I would trust his fitness more than owen. But being serious it is a disgrace that we all knew how short the squad was before the season started and it got even weaker with all of those who went out.But FSG or Rogers or Ayre are tenlling us nothing but fucking lies and it needs sorting and fast.
