If we somehow fail to take a win from Sunderland, Norwich and Man Utd, of course he's in trouble. It would be pathetic for that not to be the case; you don't fuck around with a rookie just as you don't fuck around with someone like Hodgson whose level had been known for years. That will get you relegated, and we're lucky it didn't in 10/11.

 

Also, we need to get Gerrard away from an automatic starting spot (and as far away from the field as possible today) - he's a once a month player at this point in his career. Learn from Ferguson on how to coax the very best out of past-prime legends.
