Well it's called Hooligan's Island (I'm sure it was one of their live shows) But praise the gods, Rik and Ade are going back to what they do best. Fart jokes and frying pans hitting heads.

BBC - Media Centre - BBC Two commissions Hooligans' Island with Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson

Made up about this. Bottom was brilliant. Rik Mayall totally cracks me up!

Arent some things best left where they belong.....as great memories?

Probably, but this should be at least slightly better than most of the current crop of BBC 'comedies', even if it's not a patch on the old stuff. It's also a bonus if it stops Rik and Ade doing beer adverts and round-Britain light entertainment shows on daytime ITV.

I would rather watch class like Bottom then the shite that Rufus Hound - Katy Brand and keith Lemon serve up on telly.

The greatest comedy of my generation.

Sadly, I thought series 3 tried a bit too hard and it's never been one of my favourites.

However, the first and second series produced comedy that can never be imitated or bettered.

The best one for me is the one where Richie is told he's going to die and Eddie dresses up as Death to nick his £300 and his secret copy of "Girlie World".

Richie's birthday episode runs it close though. Absolutely hilarious. The broken leg(s), 5hour Sardines record.

The Gas Man is a cracker as well.

Think I'll watch a few this afters.
