It does make you wonder if the referees even like football.  Surely to Christ they must want to see a good game as well?  No, they don't seem to give a fuck, just blow for anything and everything they see, and even some things they don't see. 

 

I don't like the new generation of twenty-something referees with a tan and 'cool' hair.  Fuck off, this isn't your show, you should be wallpaper.  Referees should be aged 40 to 50, end of.

Just watched most of the Villareal/Madrid match, had to laugh when Bale scored, thought he looked lost until that point. It'll probably cause teams nightmares if Ronaldo and Bale keep switching sides like they did until he was subbed off though, might start watching them more. Also hope they give Morata some starts soon though, he always seems to average around 10-15 of the final minutes when I watch them. Maybe resting Benzema and giving him a chance could work?

 

Was glad to see dos Santos score too, and to find out he's doing well so far for Villareal. Have always thought he was a decent player and it baffled me the way Spurs kept sending him out on loan. And yeah, that Costa miss for Villareal was badly messed up! Couldn't believe he didn't even hit the target.
