Help remembering an old advert

There was an advert in the 90's in which a bloke was talking to his pregnant wife and told her "you're not fat, you're just keeping our baby warm". The bloke might have been Gruey, who then went on to be in Cracker and 9 Songs.

Any of you ol bastards remember it and what they were selling?

By the way who records, keeps, then uploads old Cellnet adverts to YouTube?

There's a site called visit4info that archives adverts and promotional material. The user probably just copied the ad and uploaded it to their Youtube account. Having not clicked the link, I don't know why they picked this one.

Also, TVArk archives TV intros and credits sequences etc, among other things.
