The 3rd episode is quite a lot better than the first two, probably because it's not based on pre-season and promotional opportunities abroad, but rather the beginning of the season proper. There was a nice piece with George Sephton on the impact of Hillsborough (pre-Panel report) and a segment on Spearing at home. Though he's at Bolton, is he still based on Merseyside? I'd hope so because he looked settled at his new house with his partner, baby (and bulldog!) that I can fully understand why he didn't want any upheaval. Ian Ayre and his bike was proper 'mid-life crisis' stuff.

That bit at the end about Anfield seemed to be a big hint that we are going to redevelop and not build a new stadium

I thought that too. WHen FSG first came in I suspected they would do that, since that's what they did at Fenway Park. I think it has been a harder road for them here because of all the local authority issues. But I strongly suspect the outcome will be 15K new seats at Anfield, with about half of them going to various levels of corporate fan to claim that slice of the pie.

Where was Jay Spearings house? Does anybody know? It looked like Upton to me.

Good episode that, I really want to try that South American tea drink now.

Yerba mate, I'll only do it if I can drink it out of the bong like cup though.

Charlie comes across as a right ignorant bastard. I was embarrassed for him when that baseball guy was trying to make small talk with him last week.

He hasn't done himself any favours in front of the cameras has he. Obviously I don't know the bloke personally but he comes across as a right wanker on these shows.

He used to live in Wallasey but I was told he now lives Noctorum way, around Vyner Road. Some lovely houses up there.

Anyone else get slightly irritated when Rogers says 'Ok' every third word when addressing his players?

I picked up on that but didn't bother me toomuch although the players dont react to him much. he was talkin shelvey up to him and shelvely looked like a nonchalant kid ... same with sterling. needs to be a bit firmer i think instead of too much arm round stuff. did like his dressing down of sterling but he needs to earn the respect. playing them more will have helped.

need to get them deals for the kids done quick.

Best thing about this show, is the dalglish fambo on twitter.

What are they saying? I'm following Paul and Kenny but I rarely see anything from them.

Having just watched Episode 4, I have to say that life at Liverpool under Rodgers seems a fairly joyless experience. Reminds me of England under Capello. It seems to me he needs to lighten up and inject a bit of humour into his team talks and trainings.
