The offal website has been upgraded and now no longer uses the net address of .tv

 

Instead, we've become liverpoolfc.com over the weekend Weekend changes to Liverpoolfc.tv - Liverpool FC

 

This weekend the LFC technology team will aim to complete our biggest website changes since the current website went live in December 2010.

 

Following the new registration systems and database changes at the end of May, this weekend we move to a new hosting platform and our web domain changes from liverpoolfc.tv to liverpoolfc.com.

 

The end result of these changes will be a quicker and more resilient website for fans.

 

To apply these changes, from Friday night until early next week there will be some disruption to interactive areas of the website. We will also not be able to update the website as often as normal.

 

During this disruption we will let you know any updates on a special LFC blog which you can read here>>

 

We will use this blog for any breaking news along with technical updates (letting you know what is up and what is down).

 

We appreciate your patience during this time. While such enormous changes are bound to bring a few teething problems, we strongly believe this will provide us with a significantly improved platform for years to come.

Good move. The .com suffix much more professional in my opinion.

 

Nice to see they are proposing to implement a queuing system for online ticket sales.

 

Long overdue, will hopefully make the mad dash for tickets a little less stressful.
