I love it how some people always have to start dishing the insults. No, I was just expressing my opinion. But you crack on.

It was a compliment.

Must be tough to manufacture insults from a bit of dry sarcasm, though. Thoughts and prayers.

Why do all the knob heads post in the fuck you FSG thread and whinge about it?

Why don't you make your own FSG rimming thread where you talk and plan about forming a giant reach around conga dance?

Scott, Shithouse Cunt and TD LFC or whoever the fuck he was before

Dont let actual facts get in the way of anything! And he specifically said he'd done one on Liverpool at this time because some fans comments on lack of transfer activity.

The fact he did one 'at the end of this window' is immaterial as well seeing as he used the club's last release set of abreviated accounts published around Feb \ March this year.

This is the third time he's done this after a transfer window for Liverpool

I'm happy for you to consider me a nobhead.

I keep coming back to this thread to see if anyone has got any ideas about what better owners would look like; for example, who are the best owners in the Premier League?

Leicester

Spurs

Arsenal

All have owners with ambition in the transfer market and have delivered new stadiums in full, not just one side of it. Leciester announced plans for a huge increase on their new stadium as well recently.

Aston Villa owners also investing huge amounts in their asset and stadium renovation being planned soon.

After Klopp leaves they will be our direct competitors and FSG are considerably worse than all four of their owners.

Haha, you'd rather be Spurs and Arsenal!

Or Villa - who have only spent this summer because they sold their best asset.

And will be in the Championship in five years

I would add that the prospect of competing with the likes of Leicester, Spurs, Arsenal and Villa is fine with me, because the unspoken alternative - competing with Man City and Chelsea - is death for the club. Just ask Barcelona.

Hope not for their sake, they keep re-upping loans against future broadcasting money with a dodgy Australian bank (along with the likes of Wolves, Palace, Sheff Utd, Middlesbrough).

What's Thai for 'we lived the dream'.

(in reality it's not that big a deal and and nowhere near as bad as Leeds really).

Just popped in to say that, wherever you stand on FSG, I don't think people flag waving for a hedge fund are in a position to sneer about other poster's socialist credentials. Poor form.

For the avoidance of doubt, my position remains the same as it always has. While their interests and ours accord, fine. Where they don't (including transfers), hold them to account or at least vocalise it. Don't trust them, ever. Don't trust any football club owner, ever. Unless it's me.

Oh, and buy somebody in January, you cunts.

There is no right answer to this, just a series of 'lesser wrongs.' This sums up the shitness of modern football.

Agree totally with this, although its funny to see the same faces creep back into the open after disappearing last week at the tail end of the window.

Anyway what is done is done, you reap what you sow in this game. Lets hope we don't get anymore injuries than three we have picked up already. Theres already gonna be either Origi or some youngsters on the bench sunday.

The timing might be because fans like you just bombard forums and social media with your repetitive anti FSG have spent fuck all \ have to sell to spend \ havent brought in world class squad members to sit on the bench scratching their arse in case someone gets injured.

Spurs are a billion in debt thanks to their stadium and Levy is a worse transfer spender than almost anyone else in the PL. arsenal's current owners didnt build or finance the Emirates stadium. The current owners have loaded debt on the club in the form of a commercial loan to buy 5 players.

Villa's owners sold the club's ground, note, not theirs, to themselves to avoid EFL sanctions. Villa have massive debt and just sold their best player Grealish to either fund their new stand or pay down debt. Take your choice.

Leicester's owners have invested hundreds of millions in the club. I dont know what their financial position is. LCFC is probably a thrid the size of Liverpool.

Want another try or are you just going to dig a bigger hole for yourself?

There's two points I'll take on board from the #FSGOUT campaign. One, yes they could have injected cash to fund Kirkby and the stadium expansion and reaped the benefit of having an increased asset value on the club, without falling foul of FFP, but that's not how they roll. Two, how is our wage bill THAT high, when the likes of transfermarkt estimate our total player wage expenditure to be far lower?

The fact that the #FSGOUT posters fucking hate literally everything FSG do or say just makes the whole thing much less credible though. The idea of giving FSG any credit whatsoever for anything they've ever done is not something they can comprehend.
